Dr. Fred Schofield - Overcoming Avoidance

This Dr. Fred Schofield, I presume, is the same Dr. Fred A. Schofield, of Cape Town, South Africa. He is a chiropractor that operates Mo Chih Chu Schofield Chiropractic Training. This leads me to question his qualifications on the subject.

His confrontational, even hostile, delivery does overshadow his message, which I suspect, contains much wisdom. I would suspect an avoidant personality would avoid him instinctively.
