She put her hand over my phone, not very nice. Said she didn't want photos of her neck. She had a fit over not having Kleenex, waving her hands at the roadie. Her band caught nasty comments too.
I love Cyndi and I'm a huge fan of hers but she really should be very careful on how she deals with the fans because those are the few fans left for her as she's not mainstream anymore, she's not Madonna. She must understand that the few fans that want her autograph and picture is because they appreciate her work and therefore buy her CD's. This song is Gold James, and Love Cyndi anyway.

They are human and have emotions. When she said no, there could have been many reasons that we are unaware of. You know I have always wanted to meet her and i've always been afraid if i did she would be rude and i wouldn't like her any more so I hope i never do now because i absolutly love her :) Good song. but you know if she took a picture with you she'd have to with everyone.

I love it! I have had a few encounters with her too. She can be a bit moody at times ... but like everyone else in the world - she has her good moments and her bad moments. It's sad that you caught her in a "mood".

Great song! The thing is, Cyndi Lauper is only nice to her fans when her popularity is at an all-time low. I have met her briefly twice, once in 1993 then in 2003. She was really a wench on 2003. I don't know. She hasn't come up with any good original music in several years. The dance album was terrible. She should stop thinking she is so great because honestly, she hasn't had a real hit for almost 20 years!

my bff's bf saw cyndi lauper once on the street and tried to give her my bff's album. Now, my bff is ALL THAT musically. His bf said "this music will totally change your life, please take this album, we love you and we think you will love this!" and she was like "I can GUARANTEE this music is NOT gonna change my life, now get lost!" She was so rude he can't even listen to her anymore. Sad.

Did she? I don't believe it...In 2002 she was in Vegas with Cher, she was late and couldnt give much time to her fans, however, she gave me and my sister one of our most memorables moments, my sister start crying cause she was about to be a single mother and Cyndi was very sweet to us, then she hold her, talked to her and cried together, I DO HAVE PICTURES OF ALL THAT!!! I felt respected as a fan, and she made us feel as FRIENDS, very nice chat. Its more, but not room to write it all here.
