AT 3:20 or so, when it tell you to right clik the message and clik view message source, well my hotmail does not have that option to view message source. When I right clik, I get the instead following options only: "Mark as read, delete, junk, move, and For this sender"; all written down in a column type fashion. Can you help, anyone? Is it my operating system , internet explorer 7, not permitting it or what?

The title is how to trace an ip address on HOTMAIL for a reason. gmail protects your personal info by blocking the view of the senders ip address.

bro, i try sending an email with my Gmail to my hotmail... but i still saw the ip address.i thought u mention gmail IP is blocked?

That is not the ip of the computer that sent it, that is the ip of the google company, or some other place that may have sent it (service provider)
