  • Really wanna live in perth so bad with my fiancee :)

I'm very lucky, my man is so nice then he lives here in a most amazing place ever!!

  • i dont understand why many people are bashing on perth

  • The reason you all would love to live there from thi vid is because yes"IT HAS SUN" something that you don't get in the UK!! Been there lived it hated it...Save your money and go on your two week Ibiza pissup or costa del sol slop a lot...hahahah

Like the guys said if you are thinking of moving here you must have it really bad where you are and yeah the UK is worse much worse....

from me, a Perth resident for over 35 years now living in Asia.

  • where are you from? not from perth are you?

  • not another pom! too many in perth

  • @buddhastaxi oh yea, Perth is soooooo bad.

  • I wanna move here SO BAD it is so beautiful...so underrated.

Also, this is Luke Steele's hometown :3

  • I would never get used to driving on the other side of the road

  • im moving there from england i cant wait looks amazing .

  • I see a little silhouetto of a man

Scaramouch, Scaramouch, will you do the Fandango

  • I dream of living in Perth. Im in NZ and although it is a good place to visit, it isn't a good place to LIVE in my opinion. except Wellington.

  • I have been to Perth today.

  • @ravix84 did you have fun?

  • @jugglinged I have some questions. Is there a Donut King in Perth? I'm from America, and I'd like to go to Australia someday. Also, can people get a pack of root beer with cans, not bottles? And how can I get accustomed to driving on the left side of the road? Is medical care affordable? I would also like to know all the brands of root beer besides Bundaberg. Please reply.

  • @jusj50 yummy lamingtangs

  • Now I'm too old (63) to return to Australia as a permanent resident, since age 45 is the cutoff. Guess they don't want us old Americans utilizing Australia's free universal health insurance - who would want that except the 60 million Americans who have no health insurance? Cold winter days here in NEUSA remind me of why I loved living along the Indian Ocean!

  • If I get my wish and emigrate to Australia one day, Perth would be my number 1 choice!!!

  • awwwwwww thats my favorite road to drive on. day or night. riverside drive

  • Oh my , I'm dreaming of moving there from the not so 'sunny' Stoke-on-Trent. This vid is making me even more want to go. Where are you from, obviously northern?

  • @trinitysmate you're not wrong :)

  • @trinitysmate Tell me about it, I just live in Cumbria, the wettest coldest (but most beautiful) corner of wank on the whole miserable cunting island. Fuck this shit hole, I want to put my Fireblade in a crate & piss off to Oz asap :o(

    Rule Britannia! lol

  • its the bell tower.....

  • by THOSE trees!!!!!!!!!!

    LEARN ENGLISH!!!

  • Aim the camera up yer skirt :P

  • hello i am looking to migrate to Australia i live in the uk and i am 21 i also have family in Australia i have my hgv class 1 and 2 for the uk and was wondering if i could drive in Australia with my heavy good license with a uk license

  • @mickthegodofallevil hey Mate i m not sure but i think you can just pay some money and get all your licences changed over! i worked with lots of Brits and most of them had there truck licences so best of luck!

  • @mickthegodofallevil You will need to sit a test to prove to licencing authorities. They'll let you drive a car or a vehicle up to 4 tonnes no question, but anything bigger and you'll likely have to go through a driving test. If you go to Perth, look up one of the many truck driving schools for confirmation

  • i live in the uk the now i have my hgv class 1 and 2 could i get a job trucking in austrila or would i need to undergo the lisence test sum 1 help please

  • can i borrow your car when i'll be there at November?

  • yea, no worries. See you in a few months ;)

  • Lol i've been past the buildings, you've been past like 900000000 times. Lawl

  • Wow, you must be really old. If you went past them every minute 24/7 that'd take about 170 years. Good old Aussies, tough as.

    Respect.

  • @jugglinged and it must be boring as hell. never to see something else... hehe

  • Looks great. I've always been interested in moving to somewhere in Australia. I don't know if it'll ever work out but I'm still young and in my prime so we'll see how things go. Ha.

Perth looks like a cool place to live.

    Greetings from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

  • That's cool! I might want to live in Austie too and I'm in Milwaukee also!!

  • @TehSmellulare Good luck mate! hope it all works out for yah

  • Hope to live there soon...first i have to look for a job....will come for a visit in January 2010.

    Cheers

  • if u english live in perth then u should no what that big tall building is

  • Its not the Miami they make it out to be

  • @WantToBeAmerican1 That's only on the Perth foreshore; have no idea why they decided to clone a Miami highway with that one, but those palm trees go a long way on Riverside Drive

  • lol poms in perth we drive so slow dont we! :)

  • yup

  • STRAIGHT THROUGH THE RED LIGHT!!!

  • left turning arrow is green.

  • If you look closely, there was a green left turn arrow.

  • perths a fucking hole. nothing to do here. shit sucks. no drugs easily available. im going to damage that bell tower now.

  • the first building is called the bell tower,

and where they play cricket is the WACA and i believe gilchrist got 100 off 57 balls in that series:P,

and its not that hot in perth haha, unless your not used to it,

    more hotter up north tho

  • Jesus. Do all the Sheilas in Perth sound like this one? Strewth. She sounds like some old bird from 'Uuuup Nooorth' in England!

  • There's a reason for that. She's from 'Uuuup Nooorth' in England

  • 'Yeah, I know'! I was doing my dry Aussie impression. Really good video from your excellent collection.Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! I was out there in May. I am migrating, soonish when the job situation and the £ recover. All the best.

  • It's a good time to move your money over now with the AUD$ being strong :)

    Good luck with the move!

  • I know somebody who just went to this place, they reckon the work situation is pretty bad there now.

  • Ooh Mr Positive. You must be a pommy then?

  • It's picking up again!

  • Amazing place

  • I might be(probably) moving here from the uk)to a town called cannington if anyone knows whats its like around there could you please respond.

  • Cannington is good - nice big shopping centre there called Westfield Carousel.

I clicked on your name & see you like ice-hockey, there is an ice-rink at Cockburn (not tooo far from Cannington)

I'm sure you will love Perth - great place & friendly people

check out my Perth vid too :)

  • yep youll love it...plenty of poms around cannington, lynwood, parkwood etc.

dont tell all ya mates to cum over with you tho....we dont want too many people moving here. after all, we are the most isolated city in the world...AND THATS THE WAY WE LIKE IT HERE!!!

  • i miss perth so much!

  • she loves to talk doesnt she.... :)

  • the city looks like san diego california..

  • I wish Ohio had weather like Perth and/or San Diego

  • i live in perth! its the best!!!!

  • Wooo I'm moving here in August!

  • very good , remember Perth!!!!

the background music of Queen and, better yet, which combines with the place.

You are to be congratulated for recording.

I hope, still, return to Perth.

  • Hey I've see a couple of your videos of driving around perth. I'm back to Perth for the first time in over 10 years, IN TWO WEEKS! I wanted to thank you for the feeling of nostalgia, that probably played a huge part in encouraging me in organizing my one way ticket back home!!! See you Later Rainy Kent!! Ta!!

  • everthing is fuken awesome. the accent, the people, everything...haha... also the weather even though it's boiling hot (lovin' it)... yeah, just bloody remote. nah, wait, it's a remote paradise hey

  • @allth3s4me That's one of its biggest charms; being so far away from everywhere else is a bonus. You can actually get away from it all, and it's not packed elbow to pincer there. Strangest of all, it has a public transport system that works!

  • I'm Japanese.

I used to live in Perth from 96 to 2002.

I remember the nice view of Perth.

Thank you for sharing wonderful video.

    Cheers mate.
