I just make the video go up to 2 Mbps, 740x480, which is usually around 150 or so MB for these 10 minute videos.

Are you using an emulator? If so, what do you use to record it?

Nope, I'm playing on my Nintendo 64. I use a DVD recorder to record it.

Yeah, I convert the DVD files into wmv, then use Windows Movie Maker to edit them.
