Yeah, to me a real artist is somebody, who is good in his live performances. And "live" does not mean playing the recorded song in the background and sing to it. Furthermore due to this fact, the other band members do not have to really play the song, which is very sad 'cause they make very good music.

that would be a good desciption, but the word you're looking for is "robotic." Eiffel 65 used pre-recorded synthetic voices, and blended them with the lead singer's to achieve both pitch correction, and a distorted vocal effect. However, the voice in the songs usually remains identical to Jeff's. The only songs I've heard where it doesn't is Your Clown, and the first verse of Blue.
