  • Proof, that white man can't dance..!!!

  • @MG3AEH Proof that you're a cunt.

  • @soulofshiver You do realise that I'm as white as a sheet...quite obviously your profound repost "proof your a cunt" proves you're as inteligent as your are articulate, not to mention a real hard man, posting offensive remarks over the internet, I think the expression "come here and say that" springs to mind but obviously that's physically impossible which is the only reason you replied, so lets be honest, we all know who the real C*** is, don't we..thumbs up if you agree..!

  • @MG3AEH shut up you dumb fuck can't even spell Intelligent* right and your calling someone else out. stfu you no rhythm having faggot.

  • @BennoYaKnow22 Oh dear.!

  • this was a bad tune.id like to force every horrible little racist oasis fan to watch this to show how blacks and whites can get on. i remember this scene cos from 1991 to about 1994 this is all i cared about.folks dancing.oasis came along with their cretinous take on "british life" the rave scene headed up their own arses and the wankers had won. theres never going to be a scene like this again, where blacks and whites are equal.indie..forget it,,grime...its too geared towards violence.

  • this is beautiful and this shows how low society has now sunk -- look at this 15 years ago, everyone happy smiling and just enjoying life -- now the new generation of young black people are fat kfc munchers, rude and abusive

  • @thekingbiggles its nothing to do with everyone pilled up is it ?.but i agree ,as a manc i wouldnt dream of going to leeds ,liverpool ,stoke and sheffield without accepting it would kick off .until that is everyone got loved up.and enjoyed the tunes

  • @thekingbiggles 20 yrs ago

  • girl in short white dress......mmmmm yeah yeah yeah yeah

  • total tunage, love the girl dancing at 1:15, nearly 20 years on and i dont think i'd last 5 minutes at this pace again !

  • 1:51 LOL @ the conga

  • Major mime fest. Great tune though, and everyones energy is real !

  • My best mate dj Dobbo was Amnesia House first dj and i will never forget the days of Me him, Sasha, Groovrider, Miki Fnn and the man called carl (cox) playing at the Eclipse and travelling all over the country in 1 night.

What days that we will never forget, respect to everyone that has kept this going.

ps. Tiesco just seen you on bali hai Pier in pattaya, thailand nothing to say but thank you

  • Playing With Knives was the rave tune that bust boundaries. It got played everywhere, by everybody - from Rocky 'n' Diesel to Danny Rampling to a million hardcore DJs. Playing With Knives is the perfect snapshot of an era, when Shelley's and QuadrantPark reigned supreme, when whistles were de rigeur, when huge piano riffs, nuclear-lunged female vox and head-fucking techno interludes could all co-exist on the same record. Naive and simplistic maybe, but it's a fucking great tune all the same.

  • @FishBoneB Great comment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Everyone is so happy! The vibe was real back then, no ego's!

  • why do they have the sorriest dancers on stage? lol

  • Talented chap, but fair to say Zomby has pretty much made an entire career out of this song.

  • Is that Zoe Ball in the green catsuit at 0.16?

  • @petitanglais good spot my friend looks like her mate

  • angie brown sang the vocals on this classic tune

  • This was back when people knew how to dance and how to look good! :D I love that girl's black and white unitard thingy at 0:42!

  • This is easily the most 90's thing I've ever seen in my life.

  • Amazing tune - amazing fashion - where did those Betty Boo headbands go? I had a pair of Travel Fox trainers back then - oh dear - but the music was 100% amazing - Freedom to Party!!!!!

  • every one was a pill monster no time for scrappin

  • a true dance classic! must have dropped this in every one of my dj sets for ten years..it never fails! im still in the clubs at 41 years old but the whole vibe has changed; then it was about having a good time, now its all about the 'check me im a bad man' thing, and going round in groups of ten intimidating people..such a crying shame.

  • Their best tune had to be "Such a feeling",not this one

  • @FuhrerLink were not old yet

  • for the record, that womens miming, all the vocals are samples from old tunes..

she does look good though so we'll let her off ;) black box were doin the same thing years before... fakeys

  • Whos the young black dancers "1.31" they are AMAZING! i loved this tune! dogs Bollox, yep all them years ago i wish we could go back in time! things was so much better then! now a days its all negative dull and just shite!

  • check da skills at 1:30

  • I used to dance like that guy in red @ 1.29 !!

Nowadays they just stand & point .... with a can in the other hand.

They just dont get it eh?

  • @bootsamou I used to dance like Leroy from The Prodigy. I stilldo it now and then when dancing with my neices and nephews they love the Old Skool rave tunes.

  • Man, when those strings come in... it's almost as good as when the beat drops in the piano mix of "Strings of Life".

  • One of the most energetic dance tunes ever made. This 7" mix is even better than the 12" that used to get hammered at the raves.

  • kid n play dancing at 1:31

  • this song has stood the test of time, thats for sure

  • ....no trouble, no fighting, small ego's, amazing music and great fashion. Where did it all go wrong ???

  • @beats8 retro

    as I recall

    media manufactured shit

  • yeeeeeeeaaaahhhhhhhhh

you dance you kept fit, impossible to rave and be unfit , chooon

  • does anyone know who sang on this track?

  • Bloomin' 'eck. I remember they even featured a track by Apache Indian on this show! 'Chok There', if memory serves me correctly. Mainly because a woman they showed dancing in the audience clearly mouthed the words 'Drop dead' to it.

  • I remember this when it came out. Normski on Dance Energy. God, I remember so much of it! Moby on it as UHF. And a stormingly awesome live version of 'Everybody In The Place' by the Prodigy. Take me back to those days!

  • Where it all started for me!! Superb!!

  • good times

  • My god what a great programme used to love it.

  • so it might have been a low point for fashion, but it def was a high point for music. FRESH AS HELL. I would have rather been 18 in '92 instead of '02...

  • I was at a night club and someone was stabbed...he died later in hospital when the club opened up again the first song that the DJ payed was this....need i say it did not go down to well with the locals, after a drugs bust the club was closed down then about 6 months later it was burnt down!!!.

  • @JayJayZeMofo - It all had to start somewhere - And you we still in NAPPIES when they were Innovating dance music - Lmao ;-)

  • @xoio I didn't think I'd offend so many by saying that. Still I don't take back what I say, I can look back on these dancing habits and laugh. I'm not saying they're wrong, they were probably very fashionable moves at the time.

Yeah, was probably still in nappies at the time... and you're an old cunt? Your point being people age? Good one

  • @andrewt008

The only fashion crime of the early 90's rave scene was grown men with dodgy pony tails.

  • Found this today and can't stop playing it - lots of memories - yes the hardware isn't plugged in and the dancers never went to a rave but it is bloody brilliant!

  • I loved this, still do! Loved clubbing in these times.

  • No ravers in the audience there, too many self-conscious people. You should dance like a loon and not give a f*ck.

One of the very few dances where white guys did it a lot better than black geezers

  • that 909 isnt even plugged in or turned on

    MADNESS
