@priospr3 Δυστυχώς μάλλον δε θα βγει ποτέ. Ήταν προγραμματισμένο για τις αρχές του 2008 αλλά κάπου τότε η εταιρία που το έφτιαχνε εξαφανίστηκε. Από τότε δεν έχουν ανανεώσει την ιστοσελίδα τους και δεν έχει ακουστεί κάτι επίσημο, αλλά οι φήμες λένε ότι το πρότζεκτ εγκαταλείφθηκε λόγω κόστους και της έλλειψης χρηματοδότη.

Είναι κρίμα γιατί ήταν η καλύτερη ευκαιρία της Ελλάδας να μπει στη βιομηχανία των ηλεκτρονικών παιχνιδιών.

Last I saw/heard and I forget now where I read this but it seemed completely legit, the company that was making this simply ran out of the funding to continue it and are even now trying to get the remaining funds to finish the game. If you visit the game's website nothing and I mean NOTHING has changed in over a year. No new trailers, screens videos, news anything. No cancellation notices either. Another fail company biting off more than they can chew.

Yep I think you're right, it's dead. Last I heard, I believe I read it on some Developer's forum from a Dev themselves, that they claimed they had run out of the funds to continue the game and are currently in efforts to try and get a company to pick them up. They're in limbo between cancelled and failed. Bit off more than they could chew way too early on in the 360 console's lifespan.

Similar projects often come out a little preachy, almost like they were produced by the greek ministry of tourism.

the game is still on track. the game is still in development and nearing completion. there were many problems and still are. difficulties lead many team members to leave the project. the development team consists of about 10 people for the time being and what they are trying to accomplish is very difficult. among the people that abandoned the project are the site mods. anyway, the vision is still there and passionately the project continues its long journey.

@jos4 sorry for the delayed response. it's been a long time and I don't remember where on the net I read it. One of the members of the team that had to abandon the project responded with what I wrote when asked about the delay. Bad news however, because the remaining team members, LATER, officially declared the game as vaporware in a blog or something. Sorry, I can't provide any links so take what I say lightly. For what it's worth, I myself don't expect a release for the game. But who knows.

God of War is for noobs and fools. Even on the hardest difficulty, it's too easy to be remotely satisfying. That added with every boss battle being ruined by scripted attacks prompted by mashing the square button over and over again makes for repetitive, moronic, lackluster gameplay. Well the truth is that ancient greeks were smart enough to give us enough for understanding the pronounciation. We know that it's different, that's why we have 2 o, 3 i etc, for short o and long oooo (omega). This is very difficult to practice and learn and it's not really necessary. Everybody who speaks ancient greek is better to use the modern greek pronounciation because that's the closest you can get. Anyway this clip is about a game, I am really happy with what it sounds like.

Yes they are actually speaking in ancient Greek. I can comprehend some of what they are saying because while modern Greek differs from Ancient Greek it is still recognisably the same language! Many Greeks who are educated and who have retained what they have learned in school are able to understand ancient Greek very well. For most Greek speaking people they would be able to understand some of it.

Coz they might be speaking the word's but modern day Historians dont know anything on how these word's are pronounced, as modern Greek language is drastically different from the ancient one and hence people dont know the pronounciation's to words.

There is considerable debate going on about how the words are being spoke.

I am from Greece and I assure you that the spoken language is definetely ancient Greek. About the pronounciation, it is the same with modern Greek.
