These are so beautifully done. I congratulate and praise all of the musicians for this. The music alone seems to transport me to a different time, and though it is the accompaniment to comedy, is still wonderful to listen to on its own. Special praise to the drummer!
Hello mr. Snorkelbda03. I visited Vince Giordano, leader of the Nighthawks orchestra, in June 1991 to interview him, but I did not steal or take away any of his arrangements. The interview with mr Giordano appeared in FURORE magazine #17, summer 1991. It was not until the fall of 1992 that The Beau Hunks released their first album. Each arrangement was transcribed from the film soundtracks by The Beau Hunks' own arrangers. Anything else you may hear is pure slander. Regards, Piet Schreuders

Jammer dat de Beau Hunks niet meer actief zijn (voor zover ik weet) Is er nog een kans dat ik hun live kan zien? Ik vind dat iedereen die van de jaren 20 en 30 muziek houd en speelt, NOOIT negatief mogen praten over anderen die ook deze muziek spelen! We zijn al met zo weinig! Lang leve deze muziek!!!
Nothing better than Laurel & Hardy and these sweet old tunes brought to life by the Beau Hunks. What a labor of love. The concert must have been a real treat! Thanks for posting.
Why do you make a comment like this? The Beau Hunks probably have made more than 50 recordings. There is no way that they could have bought all the arrangements. And even if they did, your reaction seem like you are jealous that you do not play in a band like this!
Must admit to hear this music live made me tear up.Meant so much to me as a kid and even more as an adult.Love it!!

When will the beau hunks be on tour in Los Angeles, they are fantastic. Grew up as a kid with this music, love it.
