  • I was told years ago that my hip trouble is from being too outwardly rotated. What to do about that? It has gotten worse. I cannot sit on the floor unless my legs are out straight. I've been trying to stretch with these exercises you have posted here, but I'm thinking I might need something different. I'm not sure. Thank you.
