  • I like to do the last one you did, but I recently learned a variation of it that I felt that applied a lot more pressure:

    after feeding the lapel to the left hand, escape your hips to the left, trying to bring his left shoulder to the mat. For me it works very well.

  • Late starter aged 36 been training for 6 weeks. Defending for dear life for the first 5 weeks and then put one of these on last night. Awesome feeling. Explained really well and easy to drill. Cheers
