I went to a seminar and learned this kata [Kai Kuniyuki, Sensei] I believe his organization is named Nippon Budoin Seibukan, but I have two teachers one in Okinawan Karate & one in just Goju-ryu. **Basically I try to implement all of their teachings into one kata (i.e. Like my other video of Seiyunchin)**
how long does one train in okinwan style to learn vital point strikes

Very Chinese.
Bravo on your kata. I have to say, very sharp, very fluid. This is also a very pure form of Kururunfa.
Kudos.

Yes, your flow and hand positions need some work. Check out my page and watch Chinen sensei do it slow motion in his kata clips (part #3)

I agree my flow does need a little bit of work. But if you could show me which parts of my kata need work (the hand position).
Thank you for the feedback

could you tell what version of kururunfa this is? It is neither jundokan nor iogkf, right?
