  • @TheSoulDestroyer I click on "A" button on the medic (heal) - not hold position. And attack on the marines, firebats, as well.

    well basically flash's skill is only as good or a little bit better then what he learns from his opponent. if he went back in-time though with today's standards he would have denied all of july's expos with pro-timings of mutalisk defense and 3-4 rax after FE hunting pushout.

  • Defiler ability, shrouds an area making it short nuff said a melee only area. Units under it take no (or near none) dmg to ranged firepower, really effective for zergs heavy melee. They still take damage from aoe skills such as psi storm or irridate,.

    all units under the cloud dont take damage from ranged attacks excluding special abilities.

  • Not true. Firebats have ranged attack and they do dmg. So do lurkers. Siege tanks and archons deal their splash dmg. It's not as "simple" as you want it to be.

  • firebats arent considered ranged. and i included splash dmg in abilities.

  • firebat is splash damage lurker is also splash sige:splash archon:splash

  • Dark Swarm makes ranged attacks shoot at one less matrices of their target. Units that attack in a line, aka firebats and lurkers will do FULL damage in swarm, not because of their splash damage.

  • for your information only 4 scv's give MAXIMUM possible gas harvest...3 are a little behind. Why 90% of ppl use 3? cause it fits their strats and they dont want to loose another mineral worker while in mid->late gmae there is no actual point or time for such details

  • Actually, most contemporary maps have the gysers placed so that only 3 miners can harvest. Some of the older maps do have longer distances, but for the most part, 3 is standard

  • once oov had around 7-8 science vessels the game was over. Oov could just irradiate july's entire army. if July could've kept science vessel count i think he would've won coz he had a pretty large resource lead; at one time oov only had 1 base running compared to july's 3-4 bases

  • Its dark swarm, used by defilers - any unit underneath the swarm cannot be hit by ranged attacks, no matter where they are coming from (unless they are ranged splash damage attacks, which work). Melee units can still damage any unit under the swarm.

  • I understand what they commentators are saying and they are saying that tanks are unfit for this map cuz the distance between bases is too long for the slow tanks to cover, and because the zerg expos are so spread out u need superior manuverability. so Oov chose flying SVs instead of tanks.
