At first I was concerned that they were just repeating the "Julie" formula, but there's a lot less evidence of compromise here than in previous THINK! PIFs - no substituting a human body for a pizza here, just close-ups of a rib cracking and puncturing the heart.
I just don't understand. If he wears a seatbelt, he's internal organs would also keep going forward.

Not true, the gradual lock of the seatbelt, and the reduced reound would cause the injuries to be greatley reduced.
