Hey Bob great videos I come here from Europe and i would like to ask you a question in the Orville Nix film you can see a blurred figure in the background that I found in a video called - JFK assassin caught on tape. they put brightness to the blurred figure and they saw him holding a rifle could he fired the shot at Z-285 or Z-313 please let me now your thinkings
CE 399 was positively identified as being from LHO's "alleged" rifle but it turns out that the bullet "may not have had anything to do with the assassination".
What a load of crap, re: supressor's, so Expert Marksman, use, badly made surpressor's, dont think so, The sniper rifles available in the 1960's were well made even with a surpressor's re: there are pictures of the SS Agent's with M16 Full automatic weapon's. If all the pictures and films to look at have been changed in some way, your are basing your opinion on the most likely outcome to suit your conclusion. The issue is this, use it in a court of law, for justice and bring the guilty to pay.
JFK suffered from Addison's Syndrome, had major back issues, wore a back brace and had to endure daily injections for nerve pain. His body movements correlate predictably with these afflictions. No mystery here, simply medical.
The really funny thing is, that I think the government deliberately ENCOURAGE Wacko consiprarcy theories (like the absurd idea that the Z film is faked) in order to dilute the effect of considered and sensible theories like Bobs.
@optionsupdate There are things which are "a bit strange" at first glance about the Z film. BUT, when you actually think it trhough there are so many better explainations which require less assumptions than alteration theories..
do you know that witnesses said the limo came to an almost standstill before the final lethal shot, yet z film doe snot show it, but does show the occupants movements lurching forward as though the limo braked, but limo seemed to carry on and normal speed
@optionsupdate People recall situations very differently from how they actually are that the time. In particular their perception of timing. The "lurching" you refer to is a startle response to a gunshot...once of Bob's best pieces of work is on the startle responses in the limo.
The presidents arms are in the process of rising in frame 226 and it looks like that process is occurring in frame 224 as well. Why do you say that they 'begin to rise in 226?'
Excellent Job! The most intelligent investigation yet, by anybody; considering the evidence available. Thank you very much Bob. IF anyone will ever nail it-you are the man. THe JfK assassination is one that raises doubts&asks questions. So many details&characters. And perhaps it was designed to be this way intentionally. I admire your approach; You dont have that all or nothing attitude..Maybe I am wrong, but i still feel personally injured by what happened on 11/22/63 to JFK.
I always had a problem with the high angle from the TBSD building in regard to the shot in Kennedy' s back. It is also unforgiving how the DPD handled this case with the quick release of that man in the Daltex Building. The notes taken from Oswalds interrogation where a joke. It was a crime scene but not handled like it should have been. So many people saw also smoke under the trees like SM Holland, Bowers, Price. Why was that secret service man on the knoll never interrogated or checked?
In your drawing at 1:14:03 you have the limo close to the street lines, when previously you said the limo was 5-6 feet to the right due to the driver turning around. Please explain.

I don't understand how such a seasoned investigator, such as yourself, can make such a sophomoric mistake by relying on the Zapruder film as the Rosetta Stone of the assassination. It is not. You never mention once that Zapruder is a forgery. How can you simply carry on, completely ignoring the overwhelming evidence that Zapruder has been forged? Much of your presentation is well thought out and coherent. I just don't understand what are your intentions with this.
@bobharris77 There are some very sophisticated arguments made against the Zapruder film on the Assassination Science web site. I cannot argue it better than they can. Some of the film's flaws are intuitive, some take a lot of explaining. The most obvious are the "statues" that round the corner going down Elm St. On the other side of Elm we find photographers not even looking at the President. The dropped frames causing Greer to head snap is also pretty obvious.
@AllisonsHunt Hmm...and what you said to Bob, "Why wouldn't they." Bob himself admits @ 4:00, that he couldn't find a good film of the turn onto Elm: Towner, Hughs, because the FBI destroyed the frames corresponding to this turn. Not to misrepresent: Bob said that at the very least they were very interested in this portion of the film. So, they may not have deliberately destroyed it. The Z film does seem phony with the spectators looking away from JFK. Yeah, right. Not going to happen.Car speed
@bobharris77 Given that the assassination was the work of Deep Politics, the question is not whether they altered the Zapruder film but, rather, why wouldn't they alter the Zapruder film? That is a much harder question to answer.
@bobharris77 don't have tunnel vision, buddy. All of it obviously can't be fake but it could have been manipulated, as evident by the missing frames in that film and others.
bob raised a good question for those listening at about 1:12:45 with the warning shot possibility. With Oswald being on the FBI payroll and a possible informant, who may have helped locate and shut down anti cuban camps while undercover. He may have fired a warning shot to get the secret service to react to thwart the attack. He probably had no idea how deep it ran though.
@bobharris77 ....overlays croppind fake blood ....7 frames distroyed..ha ha tinna towner film was made by the fbi......the photographs are fake deally plasa was a film set......
@SidneyBou Mr harris probably got a lot of things correct. My only point was that he relies heavily on the Zapruder film as key to his evidence... a film which everyone by now should know is not authentic. It is a construction. I don't believe Oswall shot Kennedy. I also don't believe the staunch Jewish Zionist, Abraham Zapruder, told the truth about what was passed as "his film". Evidence suggests that the Z film is actually a collection of doctored stills.
@AllisonsHunt The Z film certainly has a sorted history. Mr. Harris says in one of his films that is is odd that all of the films (not sure how many) showing the 110 deg turn onto Elm were all damaged where that turn was made. All these films were apparently damaged while in FBI custody.
I've got to wonder who knew the mob better: CIA or FBI? Both dirty dirty rackets.
@Ebeneezerable In 1963, the Zapruder film was the single most crucial piece of "evidence" which sold the public on the government's fairly tale. The public thought "seeing is believing". Therefore, even though every eye witness contradicted the film, the public was satisfied with the Zapruder's version of events. Once the "unaltered and authentic" film was presented, every American felt like an eye witness who could judge the assassination for themselves. It certainly fooled me.
@AllisonsHunt i have watched the zapruder fakery videos, with jack white and lifton and costello, do u think the position of th ered coated lady gives the game away?
@AllisonsHunt As you say, Bob is a seasoned investigator, and I'm sure he doesn't take the Z-film authenticity from granted, but rather has looked at the evidence and made a judgement call that the video is genuine. You may disagree, but it imply that he's simply not aware of this controversy is somewhat insulting. What, for me, marks Bob's work apart from the majority is his lack of sensiationalism and calm sincere investigation fo the facts.
i watched the entire thing, and i must thank you for doing such extensive research on this subject. you have surpassed any expectation that i could of had and you have obviously enlightened about 8,000 people with this video. the way you presented this was very straightforward, making it all the more credible. it is very good that you describe your theory's AS THEORY'S! most people are like: "this is how it is, and im right!" but you have a much better approach of "these ideas may be right"
I appreciate the video.....in my opinion, you've gone so much more in depth than the documentaries you see on television. You raise interesting questions that are worth looking further into, and bring to light many contradictions that don't make sense. The only problem I have is how quickly that you conclude that the FBI contaminated evidence such as the films, the bullet, ect. It doesn't make sense, but there are many other possibilities rather than the FBI. You are jumping to conclusions
? I'm sure you've thought this out. The b/w photo looking in the direction of the Book Depository 1:06:48 you see the SA on the right side of the car both looking back and the motor cycle cop to the left side of the frame 90dgrs to the L as if he's heard something. Either an echo from a shot that caught his hearing on the L side to cause him to look that sharp to the L. I've ridden motorcycles for a number of years and one thing you don't do is turn ur head that sharp taking eyes off road.
Mr Harris, has anyone ever interviewed the three men standing on the grassy knoll steps at the time of the shooting? did they hear anything? seems as though one of them ran up the steps after the head shot...... Nix and Muchmore film
@bobharris77 Hey Bob i come from Europe and i would like to ask you a question in a video called - JFK assassin caught on camera- they studied the O. Nix film and they saw a blurred figure on the grassy knoll they put brightness on the figure and they found out that the figure was clearly holding a rifle and they said that david ferrie was the grassy knoll assassin please watch the video and let me now your thinkings.
Fantastic and logical reporting. A job beyond typical insiders don't ever want to do....or ever did....or ever will do. Now please change your title of this wonderful documentary so people will 'search' and find it. Put Kennedy and Zapruder in the title! You deserve millions of hits on this one. And your voice is fantastic. Ever do voice over work? You should....your style is right on Bob.
@bobharris77 ,verry well put together, and verry informative. i honestly enjoyed learning more about what happend that day, even though it wasnt my intention on youtube. i will be visiting youre website to learn yet a bit more.
Why do people keep insisting that Jackie left the car to retrieve part of his head? As she leaves the car, you can see her pushing him away with her hands--her last concern was saving him. She was instinctively trying to get out of there. At no time after did she ever say that she retrieved part of his head from the trunk. She had brains in her hand, but that was probably the result of trying to hold his hair and and skull on, as she described later.
@pfffbt Both the Connallys heard her say "I have his brains in my hand". John Connally passed out before the limo was even out of Dealey. Ergo, she said that within 4 seconds after returning to her seat. Mrs. Connally described her saying that even before Kellerman shouted at Greer to hurry up.
She really didn't know what she was retrieving until she got back into her seat.
And there is a reason why she claimed she didn't remember that.
@bobharris77 which is the reason Bob why Jackie said she didnt remember that? what is that? and the reason? Thanks a lot for provides us with your theories! JFK deserves justice!
Very well presented. I would hope you have intentions of making further videos explaining other aspects of this case, such as the tramps behind the fence, the various puffs of smoke reported by witnesses (including the one behind the fence at the top of the grassy knoll), and whether Oswald had time to get from the 5th floor of the book repository to the 2nd where he was found by the police officer after the fatal shot was fired.
I just toured Dealey Plaza on a business trip to Dallas. I am convinced that the fatal shot in addition to Oswalds, was from behind the fence on the grassy knoll. I looked over the fence and it had the best view of where the fatal shot occured and Kennedy lunged back not forward. Also, there is a storm drain on the back of the fence gutter where a shooter could have easily escaped.
what is your opinion on the film being a composite? it never shows the lady in red step into the street and the crowd seems to be in "past time"....in frame...285 i think...the bystanders become more blury but their shadows are perfectly clear and a mans footing changes from standing feet together to feet apart in only one or two frames...that along with the drivers head turn and well...its questionable but alot was based of the film so it could change things if this were true
@kermit368 After studying it for 16 years and renting a third generation copy from the Zapruder family back in the 90's I am absolutely certain that it is authentic. Jean Hill probably did step into the street but if she remained there she would have been run over by the motorcycles, so she did what anyone else would have done and stepped back in the grass.
@bobharris77 I've never heard of the little girl's footage of the turn onto Elm Street until now. Although with the Zapruder film the start has always looked a bit peculiar. We see an Elm Street with just a few leading motorcyles than all of a sudden the JFK limousine is on Elm Street. How come there is no footage of JFK's limo making that turn onto Elm Street?
Just want an opinion. Given, 2 missed shots via Dal Tex. Oswald misses a shot from east book depository. (approx: frames) 226: bullet from west side book depository hits Kennedy & Connally. Did I miss a discussion about potential shot #5? At approx 298: Connolly grimaces seemingly hit again, simultaneously Kennedy brings right shoulder in, as if covering up & hair waves. Then bullets 6&7 hit Kennedy. Could Connally have been hit a 2nd time at 298?
@Tylericrazy9 No, it is one hour and sixteen minutes. It should have been longer but I was afraid there might be folks out there with an attention span problem.
@newfypearl Files is a phony. His ex-wife said he was at the hospital in Chicago on 11/22/63, where she was giving birth. When he was confronted, he made up the ridiculous story that it was his twin brother who was at the hospital, whom he later murdered, which is the reason he doesn't exist:-)
WIth regard Oswald I do want to pose the question: why should Oswald have to fire any shots at all? Isn't just setting him up to be in the building be enough?
Further, his gun and marksmanship were both reported to be sub-par and wasn't he seen by witnesses to be in the cafeteria - buying a soda - at the time of the shots?
Would it be better for trained assassins be the ones who pulled the trigger and Oswald with his shady background to be the perfect fall guy?
@seth917 I believe that is the theory of many. Also that he ended up at the theater to meet with his contact but it was actually a setup for him to be taken in.
WIth regard oswald I do want to pose the question: why would Oswald have to fire any shots at all? Wouldn't just setting him up to be in the building be enough?
Further, his gun and marksmanship were both reported to be sub-par and wasn't he seen to be in the cafeteria - buying a soda - at the time of the shots?

Very well executed. You should put more tags on the video...there should be more people watching this. One dont have to agree in every of your arguments with you but you made very good and intersting points. Keep it up i enjoyed seeing a new PoV
I cannot buy the 'mafia did it' theory. Roselli and Braden do not look like serious assasins to me. If the mob did it, how come the US did not go after them? They are not just criminals, but they are not even Americans! In the limo, how come the SS agents did not speed up when and after they saw the commotion? Bullets clearly hit the front part of the car so that should have given then a clue that shots were being fired.
1) Roselli / Braden / and the rest of the mafia alleged to be involved -
Apparently the US had reasons not to go after them, the primary being that at least 1 US agency, the CIA, were involved with the Mafia on several degrees, the primary being ties between them with regard assassinating Castro. Therefore if the US exposed the Mafia, it would have exposed the US gov't to their ties with the Mafia.
@seth917: I am sure that the CIA get's driugs and other things and sell them to the mob. This is why they never get caught unless it's some small bust of elderly men after they lived their lives. Yeah, clealry the US government or some of it's agenices are involved with crime. How elese do all drugs frind themselves every where in the US? With the money OC makes, that is too much for anyone to ignore - especially the headhunting CIA.
Evidence points to additional parties likely involved in the assassination, aside from the Mafia. These players were: 1) Hunt and Murkison, the oil company in Texas, which controlled enormous amounts of wealth and political influence in Texas. 2) Noted politicians in the state such as Senator Albert Thomas and other officials who had the influence to control the scene in Texas that day and the days afterwards.
By the US only indicting Oswald, it was able to accomplish several things:
1) It avoided the exposure of its dealings with the Mafia.
2) It avoided exposing other parties involved, which would have brought down the US gov't officials tied to those parties.
3) It avoided a storm of anger directed against the gov't by the US population, which could have then led to a national security crisis from within and further then lead to an international crisis from its weakened position.
@LaynesAngryChair Yes I have a thought. Why was Marina Oswald not comfortable talking in front of the cameras when this has not been the case in the past?
I like Jesse and I thought the show was well done in general.
@newfypearl Yes, you can find interviews of Marina here on Youtube. I guess she got threatened by Big Brother after doing those interviews. I hope Jesse's show gets picked up for a third season.
@bobharris77 correct me if I'm wrong but in fairness to Elsie Dormand she is filming with a very old camera from afar and probably zooming in on her moving subject. With my own modern video camera I have to use the automatic stabilizer function when I do that or else the image will shake around no matter how steady it is in my hands.
@arlobrubaker Most amateur camera operators tend to close one eye when filming (the eye that isn't looking into the camera) making it much harder to follow moving subjects when zoomed in (when zoomed in even a slight movement will be jarring without a stabilizer) . If you have both eyes open then you can easily re-align your shot without having to search with the camera or hold it away to get your bearings. I think she held it steady but her limited knowledge and the camera-zoom ruined it.
Bob, at about the 20:00 mark you explain the bullet exited to the right of JBC's lapel. But a picture of the hole on the front of his coat shows it to be much lower, about the midway point between his two buttons and to the right. It doesn't make any sense that the upper part of his coat would bulge when the bullet hole is so much lower. It seems more reasonable to believe he brushes against his coat as he is raising his right arm. What do you think? Great stuff by the way!
Two shooters, with knowledge of the the flaws of firing with silencers. Man 1shoots with silencer and misses man 2 shoots and misses with silencer on. While man 2 shoots, man 1 removes his silencer and vice versa, knowing the silicencers makes them miss and time is running out. That´s whyt some herad some shots and other heard some shots.
@whitestripee That's possible but it may also be that all the early shots were fired by the same guy but one of them just hit the pavement and shattered in a way that made it more audible than the others.
Great video, i watched it earlier in parts and you make a lot of good arguments that totally debunk the lone nut theory. Looking forward to your future discoveries.
Good job. It is truly a pleasure to watch your presentations. Also I enjoy the sound of your voice. It denotes the feeling that what you are saying is nothing less than obvious. :-)
@newfypearl I was going to say the same thing about Bob's narration style. Something about it seems so professionally matter-of-fact. I'd rank his voice and style #1 amongst similar videos that I've seen on YouTube.

Why do people keep insisting that Jackie left the car to retrieve part of his head? As she leaves the car, you can see her pushing him away with her hands--her last concern was saving him. She was instinctively trying to get out of there. At no time after did she ever say that she retrieved part of his head from the trunk. She had brains in her hand, but that was probably the result of trying to hold his hair and and skull on, as she described later.
pfffbt 1 year ago
@pfffbt Both the Connallys heard her say "I have his brains in my hand". John Connally passed out before the limo was even out of Dealey. Ergo, she said that within 4 seconds after returning to her seat. Mrs. Connally described her saying that even before Kellerman shouted at Greer to hurry up.
She really didn't know what she was retrieving until she got back into her seat.
And there is a reason why she claimed she didn't remember that.
bobharris77 1 year ago
@bobharris77 Also, didn't Jackie give a piece of Jack's head to a surgeon at the hospital? Great job, thanks for posting, best to you and yours.

I agree with you. She obviously panicked and tried to bail out of the car. She tried to save face after the event.
By the way, only two bullets hit Kennedy.

Also, there is a storm drain on the back of the fence gutter where a shooter could have easily escaped.

what is your opinion on the film being a composite? it never shows the lady in red step into the street and the crowd seems to be in "past time"....in frame...285 i think...the bystanders become more blury but their shadows are perfectly clear and a mans footing changes from standing feet together to feet apart in only one or two frames...that along with the drivers head turn and well...its questionable but alot was based of the film so it could change things if this were true
kermit368 1 year ago

Bob? What is your opinion on the man known as James Files who claims he was the shooter from the grassy knoll?
newfypearl 1 year ago
@newfypearl Files is a phony. His ex-wife said he was at the hospital in Chicago on 11/22/63, where she was giving birth. When he was confronted, he made up the ridiculous story that it was his twin brother who was at the hospital, whom he later murdered, which is the reason he doesn't exist:-)
Of course, he never had a twin brother.

mattcreese88 1 year ago
The video contains a few inconsistencies.
It's a myth anyway fired any shots from the building windows.
Oswald wasn't even on the sixth floor, nobody can place him there.
Kennedy only took one head shot, not two.
The first shot was fired from behind the Stemmons sign, a sign which was fabricated into the film.
The fatal shot came from within the limo.
L3monySnicket 1 year ago
Excellent analysis and video.
Would it be better for trained assassins be the ones who pulled the trigger and Oswald with his shady background to be the perfect fall guy?
seth917 1 year ago
@seth917 I believe that is the theory of many. Also that he ended up at the theater to meet with his contact but it was actually a setup for him to be taken in.
newfypearl 1 year ago
@newfypearl
Yes...
That theory makes alot of sense and answers the question as to why Oswald would act guilty on that day, if he was innocent.
seth917 1 year ago

The detail is quite good.
WIth regard oswald I do want to pose the question: why would Oswald have to fire any shots at all? Wouldn't just setting him up to be in the building be enough?

I cannot buy the 'mafia did it' theory. Roselli and Braden do not look like serious assasins to me. If the mob did it, how come the US did not go after them? They are not just criminals, but they are not even Americans! In the limo, how come the SS agents did not speed up when and after they saw the commotion? Bullets clearly hit the front part of the car so that should have given then a clue that shots were being fired.
n0gar 1 year ago
@n0gar
Good questions... Let me provide my few cents...
Also...
seth917 1 year ago
@seth917: I am sure that the CIA get's driugs and other things and sell them to the mob. This is why they never get caught unless it's some small bust of elderly men after they lived their lives. Yeah, clealry the US government or some of it's agenices are involved with crime. How elese do all drugs frind themselves every where in the US? With the money OC makes, that is too much for anyone to ignore - especially the headhunting CIA.
n0gar 1 year ago
@n0gar
Also:
Evidence points to additional parties likely involved in the assassination, aside from the Mafia. These players were: 1) Hunt and Murkison, the oil company in Texas, which controlled enormous amounts of wealth and political influence in Texas. 2) Noted politicians in the state such as Senator Albert Thomas and other officials who had the influence to control the scene in Texas that day and the days afterwards.
Lastly...
seth917 1 year ago
@n0gar
Lastly:
By the US only indicting Oswald, it was able to accomplish several things:
1) It avoided the exposure of its dealings with the Mafia.
2) It avoided exposing other parties involved, which would have brought down the US gov't officials tied to those parties.
3) It avoided a storm of anger directed against the gov't by the US population, which could have then led to a national security crisis from within and further then lead to an international crisis from its weakened position.

What are your thoughts on Jesse Ventura's show, Conspiracy Theory?
LaynesAngryChair 1 year ago
@LaynesAngryChair Yes I have a thought. Why was Marina Oswald not comfortable talking in front of the cameras when this has not been the case in the past?
I like Jesse and I thought the show was well done in general.
newfypearl 1 year ago
@newfypearl Yes, you can find interviews of Marina here on Youtube. I guess she got threatened by Big Brother after doing those interviews. I hope Jesse's show gets picked up for a third season.
LaynesAngryChair 1 year ago
@bobharris77 correct me if I'm wrong but in fairness to Elsie Dormand she is filming with a very old camera from afar and probably zooming in on her moving subject. With my own modern video camera I have to use the automatic stabilizer function when I do that or else the image will shake around no matter how steady it is in my hands.
arlobrubaker 1 year ago
@arlobrubaker Most amateur camera operators tend to close one eye when filming (the eye that isn't looking into the camera) making it much harder to follow moving subjects when zoomed in (when zoomed in even a slight movement will be jarring without a stabilizer) . If you have both eyes open then you can easily re-align your shot without having to search with the camera or hold it away to get your bearings. I think she held it steady but her limited knowledge and the camera-zoom ruined it.
arlobrubaker 1 year ago
