I live down the way from the fireworks... yes I am a charlevoix local... and this festival isn't as enjoyable for us as it is for the visitors... if you all get any pleasure out of it it's a wonderful thing.

We partied all week and this was the grand finale. GREAT WEEK.

The Friday night fireworks are 20 minutes and because the Saturday night show is in Round Lake it's not as long but very intense. I loved them and have been going to Charlevoix for 8 years now for the fireworks and festival.

the boast perade was pretty so were the fireworks

These were great! And the new park is incredible. Much better than what they've had before. The band shell was superb. Did you stay for the whole Venetian Festival?

unfortunately i only saw the fireworks and the boat parade, the park is very nice, they've come a long way

we live a half hour south in Central Lake, just moved here a couple of years ago (my wife is from here)
