Seems like kind of low torque numbers. My friends built 2.0 b series with a smaller precision 67/65 Turbo on 42 psi with c16 made 806whp and 560wtq. And it still had more timing left in it. Awesome car though.

@marconedp more air+more fuel= more power to the wheels. "VTEC" is best of both worlds, better MPG on low cam profile/rpm's with top end power on high cam profile.
idk if you guys know but honda aint the only one who can use vtec. v8s can as well. it doesnt add extra power. it only opens the valves up so it can use more fuel..
@marconedp Yes V8 can have VTEC too. Yes it adds power by diversifying your low and high end. VTEC is 2 cam lobes. one with low lift for your bottom end, and a variable taller cam lobe for your high end.

What turbo manifold is that? I just built a 2.6 liter h22 and turboed it. I used a peakboost RAM horn, but I had a Hell of a time finding a turbo that would fit because of the angle of the flange on the manifold. Its slightly angled towards the block, so most turbos won't clear. But I never tried fitting a Borg warner turbo on it.
@PyroPandaGuy im a honda guy too. vtec is generally less torquey, thats why you have to rev the motors so high to generate power, while other motors that generate more torque will not have to rev the shit out of the motor to make power.i've a b20 nonvtec eg :/ i dont want to have the lag of a 103mm turbo and 1/10th the torque. if i rly wanted vtec id just buy aftermarket cams and have 24/7 vtec. what honda ricers dont understand is that vtec was designed for fuel economy and also power. boost it

@MrJdm350z it's a 4 cylinder pretty much meant to churn out high horsepower per litre and and not so high torque for example the prelude with h22a has 200 horsepower stock out of a 2.2L block and ford mustangs with the 4.6 litre v8 (depending on the year)make anywhere from 215-315 horsepower but churn out around the same torque as horsepower so basically my point is you want torque go with a v8 :)

Awesome 4th gen! A '93 4th gen VTEC was my first car, and first love. I'm not as up to speed with Honda tuning nowadays as I once was, but the F20/H22 hybrid seems to be pretty damn beastly.

I like this car, never knew u could put a h22 head on a f20 block guess u learn somethin new everyday lol. but i agree with with other ppl, put a better turbo like a 6262 or 6267 precision and hit full spool at 5000rpm instead of 7000 like it sounded on ur dyno run. and oem tails ftw.

needs smaller turbo, if you only going to push it to 780whp then why the s372? put a 6567 and spool at 5500 and make more torque... and yes the tail lights are homo

gotta love that short stroke on the f20B, 9,500 rpms! amazing, plus with turbo, the loss in torque with the shorter stroke really doesn't matter. I don't know why people are bitching about no torque. That a fine amount for that car, anymore really doesn't matter.

@MrJdm350z it's a 4 cylinder pretty much meant to churn out high horsepower per litre and and not so high torque for example the prelude with h22a has 200 horsepower stock out of a 2.2L block and ford mustangs with the 4.6 litre v8 (depending on the year)make anywhere from 215-315 horsepower but churn out around the same torque as horsepower so basically my point is you want torque go with a v8 :)

Awesome 4th gen! A '93 4th gen VTEC was my first car, and first love. I'm not as up to speed with Honda tuning nowadays as I once was, but the F20/H22 hybrid seems to be pretty damn beastly.
