Clearly a fake video, but it is a powerful piece of music. Though Two Steps From Hell don't really deserve that much credit for it, as they didn't write or perform the piece.
Two huge army's with 5000+ men on each side stand on a huge field with rain hitting there blood soaked armor. They are breathing heavy, hitting there shields with there orc swords. Suddenly it appears - they moon becomes blood red and the two army's leach out against eachother.
In a huge thunder flash they run into eachother and sound from shields and swords clashing echo thru the night.
Dudes, it's not a live exhibition - well, I mean, in the video, TSFH is ACTUALLY playing something. But the audio of the song "Down with the Enterprise" has been put on the video, they ain't playing that, or pretending to!
Has anyone else noticed that this is not exactly the same as the Trailer? I know the trailer is edited and all but what I mean is the sound of this. Starting from 1:03 and on, the sounds of each beat seems to go up rather than down.
there are always different versions. For all we know they never even used this exact version in the film. There is the OST, trailer and actual film versions. Some are different because of the changing scene and scripting, while others are changed for time. In any version, a damn good listen.
This was not in the movie nor was it in the soundtrack. It was only in the trailer for the movie. What chaff5 meant is that it's slightly different from the version that was in the trailer. I know what he is talking about. There are multiple performances of this piece on YouTube from Two Steps From Hell.
@chaff5 The music after young Kirk says his name is The War Begins from the Children of Dune OST by Brian Tyler then TSFH's song melds into it, pretty well done, I love this song as well as Brain Tyler's version
yeah, I think the same. When I watched the trailer I was like "Oh my God! Awesome music" but when I heared the track I still liked it but wasn't the same as on the trailer. The trailer version I think it's a bit better. Anyway it's a very good track!
This particular piece is called Down with the Enterprise, the piece it's based off is called War Begins by Brian Tyler and Freedom Fighters is another piece used in the 3rd trailer also by TSFH
GUYS!!!!!! Whoever posted this video is wrong. This music is from the movie "children of dune", and it's called WAR BEGINS....look it up on itunes or something...It's a tad slightly different than this version (mostly in the beginning, but you will recognize it, if you have, ya know...ears.
Dsnt matter how much awsome that producer is or would be. Matter is that its all purely fake. Real musicians are pretending as if theire playing that crap. 1 step from jail, I should saу that...
Damn.. it's missing the deep drum beat that should happen right at 1:04 of this video, which happens in the trailer.. making it sound more epic. Makes me want to find a drum sound of one of those drums they use and edit it in. Unless there's already a version out there that has that extra drum sound...?
I'd so LOVE to see them do "To Glory" live!!!
