I have great admiration for truck drivers. They sacrifice alot to get goods delivered across the country. They are very much under paid and unappreciated for the great work they do. My Uncle is a trucker, as is his father, and his father's father. On my father's side I wouldn't be surprised if you found a trucker. Trucking may not be the job for me, and not something I want to do. But the blood of trucker's runs proudly through my viens, and I wouldn't change that for the world. Truckers help keep this country going.

This video still gives me the goose-bumps. The truck MAN that comes on the picture, it's a german built truc, and the name means "lion"... a coincidence to the mention of the lion in the song! I can't believe how cool it turned out. in fact, I've had the video completed for some months, for some reason I hadn't posted it yet.

hi roger, great vid, but a few words to MAN trucks: M.A.N means Maschinenfabrik(machine factory)-Augsburg-Nürnberg and the lion comes from a truck builder, the MAN bought in 1972: BÜSSING, which had the lion as their mascot and it was also the heraldic animal of braunschweig, where BÜSSINGs factory was.

in braunschweig MAN built buses later on, and at 1979 the word BÜSSING disappeared from the truck coolers and all it was left was the word M-A-N and the lion underneath.
