Translation goes like this:

Lady01: the water flows from there, and into this here..(indicating filter)

ZRM: Why is this made?

Lady01: This is for filtration...we have put sand, jelli(pebble-sized granite pieces), small stones, and charcoal pieces into it...so the water goes through it and into the tank.

ZRM: And the water then..?

Lady01: The water is pumped out through this handpump and we use it..

ZRM: Use it for what?

Lady01: For Drinking..
