Theres a flood wall along the Mississippi River in St. Louis where they let artists spray grafitti and it's amazing. It's like a mile or two of the best grafitti ive ever seen.
There are a few guys and probably girls in this one area by a gym who set up their boards, since they don't do it on the building and put their Graffiti there. It's freaking amazing. They have neat designs and drawings and using spray cans is not the easiest thing to do either. There are mighty talented Graffiti artists out there.

You're absolutely right. Hey, I have an idea. Where do you park your car? I think they should branch out to painting on other people's personal property like cars, homes, etc. Go ahead and leave that info for the graffiti artists with your blessing to deface, I mean beautify, YOUR property.
Art, is ok if its allowed in specific areas. However, legalizing someone being allowed to spray paint someone else's property is absolutely ridiculous.
It's a little conspicuous, and the fine is a little steep. We're talking like 5K if you get caught dropping a shit tag, let alone a proper piece of graf.
