  • We have this equipment in our local park. I'm fortunate enough to live right across the street from it. I use the rowing machine, the air walker and the leg press; then I walk the 1/2 mile track. It's a great workout. It's not just about burning calories, it's about strengthening muscles. Combine walking and strength exercises and you've got it made. I love to workout outdoors!
