there aren't any actuall muzzle flashes just smoke... o well pretty good any way and i agree with the other guy motion track works very well

here is a tip, if your going to be adding a muzzle flash with footage that is shakey..... motion track a area and apply the track to the muzzle so it doesnt shake around, that or use a tripod

Thanks for the tip, i've founded this feature in after effects soon, and then i've learned how to use it :D
