I drive a school bus for special kids and now we cant use the seat belts on them. We do have belt cutters to release the kids that have to be strapped in. They said the back of the seat in front of them is safer than a lap belt......dont know why, but thats what they say...
im disabled, and i ride a bus with a lift for my wheelchair. I see the mentally retarded kids in there as well. They use the seatbelts all the time and understand seatbelt safety very well. I live in Baltimore County in Maryland.

I drive a school bus for special kids and now we cant use the seat belts on them. We do have belt cutters to release the kids that have to be strapped in. They said the back of the seat in front of them is safer than a lap belt......dont know why, but thats what they say...

im disabled, and i ride a bus with a lift for my wheelchair. I see the mentally retarded kids in there as well. They use the seatbelts all the time and understand seatbelt safety very well. I live in Baltimore County in Maryland.
