I definitely appreciate this fight being put on here since I never saw it.Alex told me about this match when we shared a room before a match at the Felt Forum in 1987.
Two tough hard punching guys who were both good professional prospects but unfortunately were also ko'ed in the 1st by
Tyson.
To this day I give Savarese credit for being the most powerful opponent I ever faced(sparring),that includes Michael Spinks,Stewart,Henry Tillman and Garing The Freight Train Lane.
