I have played the PC Version and I have the Xbox Version too. And to be honest the PC Version is except for the coop mode a lot better in grafics, enemies,lenght and level design.If iD Software had it made a port for the Xbox 360 than the older one then this game were one of the first and best adaption for the Xbox 360. It was a waste that they made this for an older Console because the 360 came a year later and until the release the had the time to make this for a great next gen console.

This game still has good graphics by today's standard. Considering this is running on Xbox 1, this is nearly mind blowing. Always loved the game. Gave me the creeps a couple of time. Great review as usual.

Come on, DOOM 3 was a huge disappointment in comparison to DOOM and DOOM II - there's so few enemies on screen at once, why is it so damn dark, the originals had some dark spots, but not ALL of it?! Why are the envoonments so small?

Yes it definitely stands on its own as a dark shooter, and the comparison to Dead Space is certainly apt, but it really really isn't DOOM at all.

The add on pack DOOM 3: Resurrection of Evil is definitely worth playing, it has a great Gravity Gun rip off!
