Check out the note choice of Rocco...yeah man...!!! You can't even play a wrong note if you're the soloist..and please..no detraction from Lenny's playing...
For my money Lenny Pickett is and will always be the Funkiest tenor sax for Tower of Power...especially when he does his funky dance! With the solid backing of the anchor of the group Garibaldi and Rocco Prestia you can't go wrong!
Love it, but this is just a different tune without Chester's B-3.
