how can TNA use this theme. Its the same theme he had in WCW and the WWE which the WWE owns the rights too once they bought WCW in 2001. This is the same theme just made with some different instruments. WWE needs to sue TNA for this one cause

Kind of like what WCW did back in the day with popular songs (eg. DDP's theme music which sounded similar to Nirvana's 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' and Eric Bischoff's theme which sounded similar to Black Sabbath's 'Iron Man'), TNA have modified the song enough to class it as a different song, although it sounds very similar.
