I have 2 type R's and 2 alpine amps and alpine head unit and alpine speakers.

I'm pretty sure that the last thing I want people to see on youtube with my system is how bad my trunk rattles.

Thats why everyone in my old high school thinks that my systems fucking retarded.

if its a mono block amp and you have them wired in + to + - to - they are 2 ohms per woofer and when they hit the amp it puts out at 1 ohm.

Alpine's upgraded 1242D which are now 1223D hit a lot harder and the peak handling power is 1800 watts. I have two with a Power Acoustik 2600 watt 2-channel and it hits like no other. If I get a chance I'll record a video of them at their best.

i had one pushin two 12''kenwood w3011. its was a 2 channel 1000watt. its said it pushed 325rms each but idk if it pushed that much. it sounded good but i had it for 3 months and i kept frying the circuits. had to send it in twice so i decided to upgrade and my new one is way better.

i have a visonik 1800 watt 2 channel right now. its pushes my subs hard but i have heard much better Sq from better brands. but i bought tihs amp for only $130 so i couldnt pass it up. some of the best sq frrom amps i have heard are from alpine, kenwood, mtx thunder series, hifonics and kicker. these are some of the amps i like but there are many more to choose from. hope this helped
