many performers (original composers) of the song are not trying to sing its original key coz its very heavy for their voice to sing all their high notes all through out the concert. notice all the live performance of air supply? they lowered their pitch in order to sing.. it doesnt matter on the key, it matters most on the message of the song and how they deliver it..
