Part of that is so you can more easily see who's dead and who's alive in certain scenes, otherwise it's part of the armor enchantment, and looks really awkward missing it. Do you really want to see an argonian walking around in full armor except missing pants? I certainly hope not.

You can't make a poison apple without the shivering isles expansion, but you can buy them from representatives of the Dark Brotherhood, and in Lucien Lachance's hide away.

You might have to steal from the people themselves. Often the citizens, especially in the imperial city, have at least one item of food with them, they probably were eating that.

Make sure to try to get rid of all other food in the area, like steal the food or push it on the ground, otherwise they'll most likely go for that instead.

I realize that there are things in shivering isles that some consider better, but most of the time they're better in one attribute and not in the other, and Umbra keeps itself and your stuff charged with constant soul trap.

Yeah, at first in the game they seem really strong, but they don't level with you very fast, so it's not that long before you can kill them. I once slaughtered every person in the town of Bravil, including the guards.

Nah, Umbra is the best weapon in the game, even better than the new content like the Knights of the Nine Crusader Sword, Mace, or like...most of the stuff you get in Shivering Isles. Well...other than Mehrunes Razor sort of...because it has a possibility of getting one hit kill. I just got a whole ton of poison apples and put them on all the tables in the Feed Bag of the Imperial City.

Yeah, I think the DeepScorn quest window just popped up in the middle there. The poison was from poison apples, you can find them in very few places, but mainly from the Dark Brotherhood Quest. I've done basically everything in Oblivion by now, other than Shivering Isles, so I've started messing with stuff, going on killing sprees and such.

The imperial city on fire is a special cell that is in oblivion which is why you can't go back there and thats why the game auto transports you there.

There is actually a secret way to get into the cell in the game, no modding required. I won't tell how, but it was put in by developers in order to test the area quickly. The only clue is it's in the Imperial City

I found it myself. Believe me, it's in the Imperial City. If you want me to be more specific, the way is in the Temple District, rather ironic, don't you think? Anyway, it's there, but almost impossible to get to unless you have a few specific items. (They are normally in the game though, not modded stuff)

Yes, the very same, you can fall through the dome brush of the Temple of the One and there's a trap door that leads into the Imperial City Temple District when it's on fire, and you just have to walk in and out of the temple and it begins the end of main quest animation.

Hmm....that's a pickle, definitely. See, with mine I created a sort of...abnormal paradox. In my game, I sort of won twice. I finished the game by doing the before-mentioned glitch, and then I still had quests for the main quest, so I did those...and...Mehrunes Dagon came....again...and he died....again, so I won twice. I don't know how to fix yours, you may have to use the construction set and make a trigger that completes all the quests for you, so it stops.

It's called the Crusader Helm. If you get the official downloadable content from Bethesda, and do the quest 'Knights of the Nine' you get that helm and all the rest of that armor. It has major enchantments on it.

I found one apple and used the dupe mod. I normally don't use glitches or mods or cheats. I love just playing the game normally I only use hints after I have beaten the game at least once. "Except for in Final fantasy" But I haven't used the apples yet.

or I found them iwpt2 in one of the thieves guild missions. There is a mission a guy with the last name of Fathis I believe. It's the one who has a secret catacombes where the giant fish is in "By the way I did not ask for where the giant slaughter fish is" I found it during the mission. There is one apple on a stone shelf made into the wall. "IF you do this mission or go into his secret tunnels search it thuroghly.

Sweet, if you go through the Dark Brotherhood and get into Lucien Lachance's secret hideout (Fort Faragut) and find his room where he has his bed and stuff, there is a locked barrel (Very hard or hard lock) that has replenishing 10 poison apples.

But it was on a windowsill in the tunnels which doesn't have a window behind it. But it was a theieves guild mission. I don't think they would inter fear with each other though.
