  • Are the Defenders all aluminum (of course with the exception of the frame) like the I, II and III series?

  • No. Only the bodywork is aluminium. The chassis and bulkhead are both steel which is why they have trouble with rusting.

    Same with S I II and III chassis is steel as well as bulkhead and various other bits and bobs.
