There can be naturalistic reasons why humans feel that certain actions are immoral. We are evolved animals, highly social animals to be precise. It is a benefit to the individual to live in a society or group in which violence was rampant, therefore the traits were selected for that led to these behaviors. Perhaps the nettle you fear to grasp is the fact that outside a human(or equivalent alien)context morality is meaningless. The stars care nothing of our morality.
that's not morality, explaining how people choose what benefits them is not the same as explaining why people ought to choose the good, which may not "benefit" them.
Morality = What helps us survive is meaningless, why SHOULD we value survival or life on atheistic assumptions ? There is a morality above all evolutionary "moralities" that judges between them that you are trying to conform to but are failing since secular moralities are arbitrary, non-objective and obligation free.
"why SHOULD we value survival or life on atheistic assumptions?"
I value life because I only have one, there is no afterlife that I am going to after this. I therefore value the lives of others because they also have only one life, one relatively short (100 at max isn't long) life that is filled with their own experiences, ambitions, and it would be horrible of me to rob anyone of such a precious timespan, of their very existence.
mr rojodio you must understand all secular theories of ethics always pretend they are going to ground Morality in some theory, but the reality is they first assume what is good , as we all intuit what is good with a properly functioning mind then the secularist gives his "explanation" and "definition " of what is good , if you re-read your comments you will see you nowhere actually showed us what is good , you assumed it, then gave a circular defense of it.
Richard Dawkins said "nature is not cruel, only pitilessly indifferent. This is one of the hardest lessons for humans to learn. We cannot admit that things might be neither good nor evil, neither cruel nor kind, but simply callous—indifferent to all suffering, lacking all purpose.Richard Dawkins river out of eden pg 96.
So there is no Good and evil very consistent for an atheist but then the new atheists now start a bus campaign "Be good for goodness sake" ? Atheism=lack of Logic.
Atheism is completly A-rational besides for being irrational. Sad to see atheists are trying to re-define every word in the dictionary to win arguments without any Argument but then when you hold to irrational Naturalism and atheism what other choice do you have ?
Atheism is completely caustic to rationality and morality - the cognitive dissonance they live with must be intolerable for a sober person.

naturalism and philosophy are two different things. your title statement seems pretty irrational based on the content of this video.

Wrong Naturalism is 100% philosophy 0% science.
