Jennifer, I'd love to see you put some music on YouTube without having to listen to Willie and Wilma's "Strolling Down Memory Lane" advertising comments. The show's about you, not them! They really take the essential flavor out of the liveliness of your artististic talents! Just your music will do fine! Advertisements can stay home.(And yes, I know it's about the Lord, first and foremost.)
This is not to be taken in a negative or racist way; however, a matter of observation and the comments. It is apparent that what most white people call holiness and pentecostal as it relates to the style of music this young lady (playing) and her daughter sing is actually common among Black Methodists and Baptists. It would be then, that white holiness and pentecostals would feel comfortable in a Black Methodist or Baptist Church esp. those with other instruments.
Please don't take this in a negative way; Holiness and Pentecostals have a certain dress code we live by, and we also believe that the only way to heaven is Acts 2:38. So while the music we would most likely feel comfortable with we would have different beliefs.
Greetings, in Jesus Joy and Peace! Was that message for me? I am kind of confused because if it so, I see no connection with what I said to with what you have specified. I was comparing the music (at least her style of playing) on here with that of the Black Methodist and Baptist Churches and how they relate. I was not speaking of Doctrine or beliefs, just her playing. I hope to hear from you soon, God bless!
MethodistPreacher, we would not be comfortable in black methodist/baptist churches because are worship is very different, even from black churches. Running the aisles, speaking in tongues, prophecy, and very hard preachin
Great song keep singing for god....I'm Holiness where almost just like the Pentecostal we dress the same but there will be people from all Religions in heaven so just keep up the good songs.....God Bless
I don't know much about different faiths/religions, but I don't think it will matter when we get to heaven! Oh, what a day, Glorious day That WILL be!!!! Amen?
All right, beat those keys sister!!!

Are these two individuals of Pentecostal Faith - It appears by the way they dress and sing that perhaps they are?
