Victor Vance in 1984-1985 Strongly Stated in the last mission on Vcs that he didn't want anything to do with drugs so why would he set up a Deal to trade over some drugs from the columbian cartel from liberty city?
not only that but once he killed jary martinez he had enough money to pay for pete's medical asthma bill so he left vice city plus his girlfriend was dead in the next comment ill give more info

@ProjectV6 alright since he left vice city Lance vance said he needed backup right? so If Vic left Vice city Pete and lance had to have been the ones running Vice city.. notice how Pete also isn't seen right? thats why Rockstar alternitively create pete so he could be the one to get capped and not Vic because that's their excuse.. So yeah vic was originally killed but they changed their minds and put pete out there instead... k?

I know this is suppose to be Vic Vance but find it hard to believe because he was way different in GTA Vice City Stories because 1: He had no hair
2: he didn't have much of a latino accent
3: he didn't sound like an arrogant fool &
4: he said he would no longer get into the drug business
unless he had a complete personality change & a hairpiece

@uncleruckus714 dude, if you look at the rest of the series alot of the characters looks or sounds nothing like the original version. When they made Vc they had no intention of making a back story to him. And if you think about it, Vic does the complete opposite of what he says the entire game.

@uncleruckus714 Well this was before GTA VCS, so..yea but whatever he died and the Tony from LCS hes the fat purple shirted dude in gta 3 near salvatore. He also changed a lot lol. Besides GTA VC takes campaing 2 years later after VCS, heres the gta storyline:

@Aidanator1 Well don`t forget that He is part dominican and that GTA VCS takes place in 1984 while GTA VC takes place in 1986. So he could have went back to his one country for a while which explains the accent and over the years The Drug Business probably got to him which also explains the weight because some people get so strug out that they turn to food to feel better. Also when people get stressed out some can lose they`re hair over time.
