@WW2medalsNpatchesME pretty much what they have is chords for every time it changes (stuff like C-7 F7 BbM7, etc) and they know the scale that goes with whatever chord they are on and they make it up within those parameters. does that make sense?

@WW2medalsNpatchesME Both. Jazz sheet music is really short, usually just half a page so most of jazz is improvisation.
