  • So im trying to gain some muscle, but find it hard to find the right information on Internet. Im eating clean Carbs and 3 big meals a day (trying to get above 2500 cals)cant take more because of my work. I got a 3 day split workout with minimum Cardio.   • Quick question! Are you taking the same grams of protein per pound of body wieght? ( say a 180 pound male takes 180 grams of protien per day for example) or are you loosly keeping on top of that.

  • @dawich88 FYI you can't turn fat into muscle, you can just lose fat through weight loss, or gain muscle through weight gain--generally hard to impossible to do both at once.

  • @Jagonath Nobody is talking about turning fat into muscle, not sure where you got that from. Losing fat and gaining muscle is the point. It is hard but with good diet and training it is possible and I prove it in my last video.

  • @rainbowgoods from the beginning of my junior year to the end of it I gained 40 pounds of Muscle without steroids or any supplements so I have no clue what your talking about.

  • @rainbowgoods your body can synthesize a pound of muscle a week with a good diet. Not to mention the glycogen and water weight in muscle, its very realistic to gain 6 pounds of lean mass a month. So 15 pounds in one year is really nothing at all.

IF YOU WANT THOSE KINDS OF RESULTS, THAT ISN't HAPPENEING UNLESS YOU put NEEDLES IN YOUR ARM BUDDY. THE HUMAN BODY CAN ONLY BUILD APPROXIMATELY 15 POUNDS OF MUSCLE WITHIN ONE YEAR, GRANTED THAT YOU ARE HITTING THE GYM 5x PER WEEK WITH FLAWLESS ATTENDENCE and NUTRITION

If you are 150cm tall it will be impossible but if you are 196cm 10 Pounds is very realistic in a year and with good genetics 20 can be achieved with perfect diet and training. My goal was 10 Pounds in 12 weeks or more would be a bonus. I never said I gained 20 in 12 weeks.

  • @CameraManSW my guess is he is on a cycle, like 12 weeks is the usual time frame to run a cycle and 10 to 20 lbs of muscle is usual gains you get

  • @RiddleHD 12 weeks is also a good target to see any kind of result. I gained 10 lbs and reduced bf by 3% believe me with my height, knowledge and dedication I would have hit 20 lbs easily if I was on the gear. The goal was 10 anything over that was a bonus. Depending on your genetics 10 lbs is possible in 3 months but as you get bigger the process slows down, so dramatic increases get harder. It's amazing that anytime someone gets some sort of a result they get branded as a steroids user.

  • @SixPackProgram shut up. i dont even think you are that big dont get bigheaded. in your first year you will gain 10 or more lbs after that you wont gain 10lbs in 3 months. guarantee you are holding water. it's possible but that means you are gaining over 3lbs of muscle a month. that is alot of muscle. if you gained 10lbs it would be easily noticeable whiich it isnt

  • @RiddleHD I can see you know what you are talking about. I could not sustain such gains over 6 or 12 months. I keep my body at a certain level as I don't want too get to big. For this transformation I was very strict on diet and training, and designed both for better gains. I recorded the results and they are what they are. I have nothing to gain by making false claims. I don't sell anything I just help people for free.

  • @luksonije The lower your bf% gets the harder it is to reduce further . You may need to cut all carbs to push it down.
