when i scan it, it says something about my ship not powered enough or something like that. How do I come across this?

WHAT!? How was I supposed to know to call my ship? Grrr these games are so vague. I kept trying to figure out what to do. THat's easy. Haven't played in a year. I don't even know how to scan anymore and I can't even figure THAT out. Buttt FYI The bad guys at the satellite respawn indefinitely so there's no use killing them off. There's always 2 at a time. Learned that the hard and time consuming way,

The same way you do with your arm cannon missiles. Missile Expansions, but for your gunship they're called Ship Missile Expansions.

I have a question. In the same room where you have to disarm the satellite, if you revisit it after getting the nova beam, there is a phazite plate on the wall. If you use the x-ray visor and shoot it, the elevator deactivates and you have access to the fuel gel under the satellites if you go into morph ball mode. What's the point in that? I tried this yesterday and there's like, no way to reactivate the elevator...

So I've grappled both sattelites (within seconds of each other) and it still won't let me go into "Visor Mode" to steer the ship. And when I look at both satellites, they're both "Down". So is this a glitch or what? I've had problems earlier in the game commanding my ship, like with the missle upgrade. I had to go back and manually drive the ship over to get the upgrade rather than calling it. It hasn't let me yet. Common glitch or am I not doing something? Thanks!

No that was a surgicla missile strike. It was designated against the two recievers. Carpet bombing is used to blanket an area with destruction it is used against an area, not any specific target.
