You should have asked me. There is a Hollywood committee that meets to approve all the folks that apply for stars, but it's either the star, the studio, or when some celebrity passes a way, their fan club that comes up with the money. It was simply a PR gimmick that over time became an accepted cultural institution.

And yes, most of the time the emperor is no wearing clothes.

This is soo freaking cool. Tom and Katie Cruise cam out to support Cameron Diaz. They look so cute together hanging in the crowed. I wounder if anyone even notice that the two icons are there.

I'm going to search and see if the movie Wichita has been added to Tom Cruise official website.
