@mwells219 Yes it does. Hulk was made from a Blast of Gamma Radiation of the Megaton kind that altered his whole body. She Hulk just got his blood in a non-mutated body so no where near as much Gamma juice went into her. Sorta like making a copy of a copy it gets a little weaker with each try. Also why she doesn't get stronger the madder she gets.
