Just watched another video and the flaps in that video were already fully out before the same point in which these flaps here just started to be used. Why does it seem like everyone is always either landing in Las Vegas or London? Nice how all the flaps on this plane evenly went up upon landing. I love the airbus design...

I hate when they wait until the last minute to use the flaps - it's the part I look forward to the most! I remember about 13 or 14 years ago they did that when I was a kid going to California. I was disappointed... but I shouldn't complain because I bet one of these days I'll do the exact same thing and possibly make someone else mad, thinking "well I can't see back there, so what do I care? I'm now the one who gets to decide and I get the check either way..."

flaps are deployed base on the speed of the aircraft so it wouldnt stall at slow speeds and have so much drag and fast speeds.

Very Nice Video. For what it's worth, you landed on runway 19R, which is the lessor used runway for commercial aircraft ... so your video is actually somewhat rare as most planes land on 27L. Most people wouldn't be able to get that approach. Great job!

no they do that approach alot, and there are no 27 runways here in vegas there are ( 25R, 25L, 7R, 7L ,19R, 19L, 1R and 1L )
