It was a clever social experiment and showed that there's a lot of morons on the internet who'll believe anything. The story itself was essentially about a haunted Majora's Mask cartridge.

The guy who bought the copy posted some vids of the copy, and they are pretty scary. One is called BEN.wmv, and one is DROWNED.wmv, you should look them up. This song makes a Link soldier, which is supposedly Ben. The 'haunted' copy teleported Link to the bottom of great bay coast. The Link soldier was at the bottom and the real Link drowned like Ben
