you need a program called 7 zip to extract the .rar file, you should find a folder called PS3, put that in a USB flash drive and plug it into your playstation 3, follow the tutorial for the rest.

there is no way for them to bann you. first of all, like 50,000 people did the hack. i was actually one of the first one to do it. but i have a bud that works for infinity ward and he said that them even trying to start banning would be impossible because of all the lawsuits they would get. the reason they would get lawsuits is because they have no way of telling if you hacked or not, so they would be banning under no aparent reason. the only thing they did was stop it from happening again.

When you download it it will be a .rar file, you need to use a program like 7-zip to extract it, but don't worry 7-zip is free so google it download and install, then right click the rar file and extract it to your thumb drive, then you can put it in your ps3 and get 10 th prestige.
