Yeah, there's a DS remake of Chrono Trigger. I don't think they're adding or enhancing anything, though... Maybe an extra dungeon and touch screen controls, but the graphics and translation are saying the same, I think.

Why in the hell would they do that if they have a perfectly good English voice cast? It almost doesn't even make sense to have Japanese voice actors in a western based fantasy setting. Plus subs would detract from the overall awesomeness of the whole game.

lol it's kinda funny how everyone is always calling Cloud and Squall emo. Look at Cecil. He dresses in black, talks about his darkness alot, and he actually hurts himself to attack his enemies. Only difference is that Cloud and Squall stay emo for the whole game. Cecil starts has a pathetic, moping Dark Knight but he conquers his inner demons and becomes a strong Paladin. I believe no further discussion is needed here.

As of right now, it's not even clear if they're going to release it in the US. The Japanese game uses subtitles quite a bit, I would guess that if they translated the game to english or spanish, it would be similar.
As for FFVDS and FFVIDS, your guess is as good as mine.
I dunno about this one. The FMV's look great...but they dont match the chibi/anime style of the gameplay graphics. Im not a graphics nut, but this is one of my favorite games from the series...I would have liked to have seen a better job on it. (but who am I kidding? I'll probably pick it up anyways)

Okay people Final Fantasy IV will come out in JAPAN on December 20th, 2007. It will not be released in America untill sometime in LATE 2008 or early 2009.
they are saying its going to be released in 2008 but i'm not going to wait for 9 months like the fools at nintendo of america who cant translate a japanese game within 3 months. if the gba version was released 5 days after the japan release, they can translate this one just as fast, even with a month added on for us voice acting.
yeah, but in japan. i'm hoping that it will come out early 2008, if not, i'm not going to wait around for 11 months like i did waiting for pokemon diamond and pearl because everyone translating it into english stuffed their faces with melatonin. if it doesn't come out in america after march 2008, i'm getting the japan version on ebay. i'm not playing around.

lol it's kinda funny how everyone is always calling Cloud and Squall emo. Look at Cecil. He dresses in black, talks about his darkness alot, and he actually hurts himself to attack his enemies. Only difference is that Cloud and Squall stay emo for the whole game. Cecil starts has a pathetic, moping Dark Knight but he conquers his inner demons and becomes a strong Paladin. I believe no further discussion is needed here.

As of right now, it's not even clear if they're going to release it in the US. The Japanese game uses subtitles quite a bit, I would guess that if they translated the game to english or spanish, it would be similar.
As for FFVDS and FFVIDS, your guess is as good as mine.

I dunno about this one. The FMV's look great...but they dont match the chibi/anime style of the gameplay graphics. Im not a graphics nut, but this is one of my favorite games from the series...I would have liked to have seen a better job on it. (but who am I kidding? I'll probably pick it up anyways)

they are saying its going to be released in 2008 but i'm not going to wait for 9 months like the fools at nintendo of america who cant translate a japanese game within 3 months. if the gba version was released 5 days after the japan release, they can translate this one just as fast, even with a month added on for us voice acting.

yeah, but in japan. i'm hoping that it will come out early 2008, if not, i'm not going to wait around for 11 months like i did waiting for pokemon diamond and pearl because everyone translating it into english stuffed their faces with melatonin. if it doesn't come out in america after march 2008, i'm getting the japan version on ebay. i'm not playing around.
