  • My cat can open the door and if i lock he will ring the doorbell sadly, someone took it but his son Tigger also knows but only open door now his downstairs i will take a video of him if i have time

  • haha my cat izzy she wither paws and knocks at my door for like ever until i let her in or if my door is closed but not all the way she pushes my door opens and starts annoying me she is way to attached to me -.-and she literally knocks at my door -.- like a human 0-0

  • I LOVE your cat :D ! aaaaaaaaaaaw <3

  • Awww what a smart little cat he is! I love the way cats solve problems...my cat worked out how to open our double doors lol :D

  • Cats are so awesome, especially their expressions. Priceless!

  • a handle is one thing, but a knob, now THATS impressive.

  • I LOVE CATS

  • This is way better than most of the cat-open-door videos on YouTube, since they're dealing with an actual doorknob and not one of those simple levers that any cat with half a brain could figure out. What I really want to see is a cat open a doorknob that requires pulling rather than pushing, but this is impressive enough for me.

  • thumbs up if you came here from the wildcritters form :D

  • sure gave him an appropriate name

  • How come there be 5 dislikers of this video? They are probably jealous that their cats don't do that.

  • He's such a smart little snoogy woogy kitten face. ^_^

  • @jarblewarble He is a great cat. This video was from his earlier days. Now Neo likes to chill and watch birds out the back window. Greatest cat I could ever ask for.

  • @f0rkz My cat actually can open doors as well, but only when they're not completely closed. :0 He sometimes chases ping-pong balls, too.

  • @jarblewarble Cats definitely are a good part of living life :)

  • He's smarter than a lot of kids.

  • My cat always opens doors. First she cries, and realizes no one would open it for her. So she takes matters into her own paws, and does it herself lol.

  • @rcyaty grammar fail... "more stupider" doesn't even sound right... "more stupid" perhaps, but "more stupider" isn't right. and it's "anyone" not "any1" "dumb" not "dum" "you" not "u" "are" not "r" and don't forget the magic of the period, aka, this little thing--> .

it makes for a better burn if you sound proper, troll.

  • @vampirefoxgirl777 What? I never watched this video? Grr... this is what I get for not logging out, isn't it? =C Dang, who did this?

  • @rcyaty beats me; guess someone else got on your account and acted stupid XDD

  • Omg some one on the other side of the door and opened it how dumb do u think I am the cat wasn't even touching the door knob

  • @15bails apparently you are blind. I guess brailletube isn't coming through ok for you. You may need to calibrate your braille interface.

  • @f0rkz My Cat actually grabs the handle then kicks the frame with her leg lol.

  • Wow!

  • This literally made my stomach hurt from laughing so hard. I called my mo in to see it and she gave a little laugh at the end, I guess to make me feel better about calling her in for nothing. But I am absolutely ni love with this video. What an adorable cat. So funny. (:

  • @ThumbprintTheatrics glad you liked it!

  • cats are so smart it's unbelievable

  • How about don't lock your cat in a 1x1m room and he won't have to do stupid things like opening doors for himself.

If you really must discipline your kitty, get a little water gun. Whenever he scratches the couch or climbs the curtains or whatever, squirt him with it. I'm sure you know how much cats loved being squirted with water. He'll stop pretty soon.

Putting him in a room won't teach him anything. Cats won't make the connection of being imprisoned with their 'bad' behaviour.

  • @tweek1133 lol this comment made me laugh. Thanks for the chuckle.

I could really care less about what your training principles are. I did what worked for my cat. Trust me, it worked. It wasn't a 1x1 room. You have some very bad depth perception. It was about 8 feet by 4 feet. Plenty of room for the cat.

  • @f0rkz Plenty of room for a cat, since their usual domain would probably span your entire neighbourhood. If you think the room is big enough, then why does he try so hard to get out.

For fucks sake I used to lock my cat in a room...when I was a 7yo and fuck even then it was pretty obvious he didn't like it.

And just fyi, 8x4 feet is about 2x1m, so yes I think that's pretty small for a cat and yes meters, THE MEMTRIC SYSTEM OH FAURHK IT HAS A BASE OF 10 GARRRGGUURLLLSSS

  • @Cabchange omg u let ur cat go outside???!?!?! HOW CRUEL.

Seriously though. Where does it say in the cat handbook that you can't put them in time out?

  • @Cabchange omg u let ur cat go outside???!?!?! HOW CRUEL.

Seriously though. Where does it say in the cat handbook that you can't put them in time out?

Also where does it say in the life handbook that I even give two shits what you think.

  • Boring

  • @atplato lol shall I mix some linkin park to make the video more interesting?

  • My cat can also open doors and the cat from my aunt also.. I dont think that this is so difficult for a cat.. theyre clever, but sometimes lazy ^^

  • Smart cat :D

  • Thanks :)

He is a really laid back cat. I love the little bugger. He is just like my 3rd room mate ;)

  • My cat can do the same thing! It is wat cats do.

  • smart kitty

  • my can too soo we had 2 put a deadbolt on the door....lol

  • FINALLY I'm not alone! my playstation room is right across my sisters room, and my sis was in her room, and kalie and i were playing guitar hero and the cat goes to my sisters door and wanted in and I yelled "madison, the cat wants in!" and she says, "you let her in!" I said, "okay!" right before I got up, the cat opened the door and I said in a drunk sounding voice, "woops! never mind-she got it!" lol

  • Contrary to what you state, cats are not "bad'. Just because they don't conform to human living conditions does not make them naughty. Whatever he did to get put in time-out was probably normal cat behavior.

  • Thats quite a moot point. But ok... I do know that he was in there once for time out, not for the video. This video is almost 3 years old. Could have been climbing curtains, scratching carpet instead of his play area, etc... Cats can misbehave and if you do not make them know what is right from wrong they wont learn. Because of my persistent training, he is well behaved and I hear that he is the nicest cats ever anytime someone meets him.

  • How did u get it on tape if u didnt know he was opening it?

  • Every time i put Neo in the laundry closet he would get out within 5 minutes. I was wondering what was going on there so decided to put the camera inside mounted on the tri-pod.

  • mmmmm, wafels,

  • that could have been opened from outside. I don't believe that

  • haha you can believe that, but for real. He jumps up on the doorknob and opens it by turning the door with his paws. My cat Neo is very smart, its almost unreal. He learned to open the sliding door at my apartment as well.

  • my cat can open doors too. i will try to catch him on video. he does it at like 3:00 a.m. though so i'll try.

  • my cat looks kinda like yours and opens doors in the same manner. Weird. I have a video of her doing it also on my channel.

  • cool

  • Lol Neo was so skinny back then...

  • My cat can't even use the catflap....

  • my cat can open doors too :P

  • ur cat is smart lol

  • if your cat can open doors i am pretty sure it can do more neat things right

  • Yeah, he sleeps... eats... uhm goes to the bathroom alot... mostly sleeps haha

  • First of all, Neo fucking rocks, second of all, I want your tripod.

  • haha nevah! I filmed my video log with it. hah

  • this always confued me to who truned off the camera

  • I cut the movie off with windows movie maker. You can do that. I went back in there and turned the video off.

  • My cat pinecone can do the same thing.

  • Its a pain sometimes. We have to block the door when we dont want him to come out.

  • when your pets fight who starts it the cat or the dogs i am just courious

  • They don't fight. They get along just fine.

  • your dogs can open doors to

  • The dogs cant really do much inside the house. They like to jump on things :)

  • dose he get upset when he cant open it or it is is no propblem

  • I am not sure. I haven't videotaped him when hes not able to open the door. As far as I can tell, he just goes to sleep.

  • what dose he be doing that is bad?

  • The usual cat being bad things. Like tearing stuff up and being mean to my dogs.

  • if he dont feel lkie opening doors will he cry until u let him out?

  • He actually is quiet he will go to sleep if he is not willing to open it up.

  • you teach him how to do that or did he learn on his on

  • He learned it on his own actually

  • That was awesome! Persistent little buggar, isn't it?

  • Heck yeah, I finally got him caught on video! :D
