  • Nice use of a toaster! I didn't know they could record videos

  • Fuck i

  • @z34th0x

wouw a bachelor's degree! obtained through a sports scholarship or what. Come on!

  • Arent Secret Service just a bunch of ex military wankers who couldn't get real jobs lol?

  • This is SO annoying. The man you are referring to is NOT a government agent, not a cop, not even a staffer for Kerry. It's a kid named Steve Blank, with ACCENT, which organized the event.

  • the guy was tazed because he didn't do what the man said ..this video sucks wind

  • You have a picture of a guy in a suit, that's all.

  • @ floydefischer

Thanks for the reply.... I've checked out the wiki article and found many interesting facts. One is that the police wanted him charged with a felony rather than assessing the situation as being a minor incident. The charges against him were dismissed meaning the police did not have the right to intervene and meaning the officers whom wanted him charged were interpreting the situation with a personal motivation...

  • ...to make this worse than it is. It is a fact that more and more incidents are deemed worse due to the officers own lack of human decency and respect for rights of the citizen. But thanks, 'cause I checked out the story and found more disturbing facts. Why is it the president of the Florida State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police, James W. Preston, has to refer to the incident? Why is there a Fraternal Order? Are fraternities covering for each other??? I think it stinks!!! Please read...

  • THE ENTIRE WIKI ARTICLE. And then judge if this was not made even worse than it was.... And by who??? Wake up America. You are the only nation, apart from the UK, that have its fraternal orders inside every county, state and federal functions... The theater is that of the Orders, made to look like anybody else is the enemy.... WAKE UP, AMERICA!!!

  • its so funny to watch libTARDS blaming healthcare reform not passing on the minority of the republicans, when the fighting has been with the libTARDS who can't agree on it LMAO

they have been in complete power for over a year and couldn't get shit down LMAO

they are the party of do nothing

its worrying, just so you know child lol

  • your an idiot and are most likely a fox news devotee

that and how the fuck are we suppose to see anything from this? the pixels are bigger than legos....

  • Comment removed

  • @freechristiania no your wrong completely wrong

have you ever tried pumping truth into a regular glenn beck supporter? its like trying to move the water in an ocean with a spoon

its people like the poster who would rather believe every ounce of bullshit and then say "the government is aweful and corrupt" instead of trying to fix what is wrong or focusing on something that really matters

in fact this is exactly whats wrong with this nation aside from the fox news mass

  • know that healthcare needs reformed but because this is a democrat trying to fix it they say "NO HEALTHCARE IS FINE" there so fucking caught up with party politics that no one cares about whats right just getting reelected and debunking everything on the opposite side the republicans say "see obama cant bring change" and other garbage like that when THEY are the ones who wont let change happen

it time that people stop worrieing about this stupid shit and getting this country back to greatness

  • I realize that you ARE trying to uncover the filth in your nation's bureaucracy, but I'm afraid that we see things differently. I, myself, is a Scandinavian (not a European), and what we've been striving to do is to make reforms which optimizes the democracy rather than degrading it. USA has been an experiment in two worlds - capitalism and democracy. But democracy has been a threat to capitalism for more than 200 years, and they have made an incredible show out of making people confused...

  • ...but I want to say is that there are the Federal laws and the laws of the society, so to make it simple; the nation (and USA was not a nation until the Civil Wars and WWI) is a concept the rich and powerful has pulled down over your heads. USA is a "federation" of states, not a nation, nor union (like the EU), and the reason why was to protect the common man from the dictatorship of a ruling class. This has changed over the years, and more and more the Americans are witnessing a creation...

  • ...of a Super-Nation, or a Bloc of Nations, which the federal system is being transformed into. The original charters and bill of rights of the US has been (for most of the 230 years) corrupted into an elite control mechanism, that resembles the old tyrannies the Americans once fled from, and is nowhere near the original idea of a federation of states (not a Federal System), which should inspire the rest of the world to do the same. What the entire world is witnessing is a new Mega-Structure...

  • that is to take over the Atlantan ideal (NATO, USA/EU) to wage war (economically) against the East (Russia, China, Japan, etc.) and is to make sure the ruling class of the West can stay atop. There is no future in this; only another era of imperialism, though this time in the name of capitalism rather than religion, royalty or reforms. It seems a lot like the Americans have slept for more than 200 years, and that the Greatness you are talking about is what people sleep. There is no Greatness...

  • ...of America. The greatness you are talking about is the works of the Great Capitalists. Not the people of America. The Greatness you are talking about is to be found in the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights and to protect this there cannot be a Federal System as it is today. It has to be redefined into the original federation of independent states. There has to be a better understanding of the nature of the USA. The idea is Great, not the nation as it is...Power to the People!

  • The reason why the video has been published on youtube is to stress the point that it is the Federal system (here, the Secret Service - SS) which undemocratically make the "independent" sheriff's office take action. People turn their eyes on the wrongdoings of the local justice system instead of what is forcing it to do so. It is the federal system that should be reformed and in many parts dismantled. Back to the drawing board. America needs to clean up its past and create a true federation!!!

  • yawn

  • Bingo !!! hey is that you ?

Once I text chated with dis gal..

    Get her number @ DateHerSafe+com/profile?=5405

  • "Don't Taze Me Bro" lol that college punk got what he deserved, don't attack Bush's victory in '04, Kerry screwed up, attacking our armed service people!!

  • If you read up on Daily Kos, you would find out there is way more to the story than him just making silly statements.

Even Senator Kerry agreed the police did the right thing.

  • ya the secret service was there cuz a high profile politicain was there. did you think he would show up by himself with no protection. and that song is ridiculous. grow up

  • the sad thing is that no one sees the corruption of democracy in this video. The man had the right to ask the senator questions, but the self-ruling Secret Service stopped him only because he asked him about the secrecy of the ruling class. It is no wonder the SS was there due to the fact that Kerry was running for presidency, but the way they handle it is what should be scrutinized. Don't mind Kerry in this. He is pawn in the play. The Federal establishment is to blame. It is the your...

  • You are being dragged around the arena by the masters at play. The secret establishment within the federal government is making USA into a nation of tyranny like any other. That's why people think it is communism, socialism, whatever. It is TOTALITARIANISM! There have never existed a true socialist nor communist state in the world, other than what the original bill of rights of the USA in its text was suggesting. One is what they say, another is what they DO!

  • what song is this?

  • ... Secret Service does not protect a no longer running presidential candidate. God, I love these people jumping to conclusions.

  • Well, we already know these were the University's police. So He's not "technically" jumping to conclusions, just ignorant(misinformed).

  • under certain circumstances.... its happened before a while back that if there is a credible threat against a politician/former politicians life (because of his involvment in Politics) that he would receive minimal USSS protection

  • When your mouth overloads your brain, it is time to "cut the mike". He was fairly warned prior, during, and the bro tased him..when he willing failed to comply. End of story.

  • lol sooo true. You have no right to refuse an unlawful order by LEO nor resist and unlawful arrest. You are required to comply with the Police, legality notwithstanding. If you think it is illegal, let your attorney have a field day with it when the bring you before a judge.

  • @kd5hms63 ...fuck you facist creep...its psycopath scum like you that become lavv enforcement and use the 'povver' to bully others around, overcompensating for god knovvs vvhat...vvait til they get to you...you ll be rattin out (traitor)your niebor and diggin it...punks like you dont do vvell vvithout a badge and five other penis envying buddies behind you...move to China douchebag covvard...your blocked!

  • @treon123456 Typical response from a loner, living in a fantasy world where you are confused and bewildered. I am proud to be a staunch supporter of law enforcement in general. Don't judge me by the comments and opinions I freely posted, go back to your dogs and guns and get educated about the facts before you too...overload your mouth!

  • Hey, Dumb Ass, the guy in the suit is Steven Blank, a student official of the ACCENT student government organization that sponsored the Kerry event. You are a stupid, stupid fuck for putting this idiotic video up. They warned ALL of the students not to use "vulgarity" in their questions or the cops would remove them from the building immediately. He did, so they did.

  • I think you might want to watch the entire original video. He doesn't even come close to vulgarity until AFTER they have already tried to stop him from speaking.

Assuming that they did warn the students, this guy followed that warning until his rights were being revoked.

They simply asked him to leave because he was fielding a question that would make Kerry look like just another political puppet.

  • iceifrit, I think you might want to watch ALL of the original videos taken that day, as well as read the 35 sworn affidavits of eye-witnesses, AND, the public apology of the student, and not rely on one partial video for your opinions. Once you do that, you should come to the same conclusion that most mature people have, including the student Andrew Meyer himself, that he caused his own problems that day and was at fault for the entire altercation. That's HIS words, not mine.

  • pwnT haha

  • i dont think you understand it when i say that YOU ARE REQUIRED to comply with the orders, lawful or otherwise, of the police. That is why he got tazed.

  • Lawful, yes.

Now, if a cop ordered me to strip so I could be assraped, do I have to comply? Hell no!

  • I'm not sure about that, but if he wanted to i would comply, do you know how much the lawsuit would settle for?

But you may still be required to comply even under those circumstances. The chances that a fully trained police officer would ask you to do that for that reason is slim, if he wants to he's just going to do it, not ask for your permission first.

  • But they are the secert service which is diffrenet to police.

Although you would think the secert service would be trained in several forms of martail arts so they wouldnt need to use a tazer

  • Not Secret Service, Capitol Police.

SS does President, Capitol Police does congressman and senators.

Plus, if you look at the video, it was the local police, since Capitol Police doesn't have that kind of manpower. They run the show, and the locals actually carry out their wishes.

  • .........are you fucking stupid?

why the fuck would you want them to get close to the guy who could be armed risking injury when they could just taz him and end it immediatly

  • You are so paranoid!!!

  • @tazedbrotwo i agree with you brother..........They never want to show the truth........USA Rules.......

  • @tazedbrotwo ... What was most interesting was that, it seemed to be a "staged incident"His behavior was almost comical and the audience chuckled a bit..it wasnt realistic at all. Further more, Tim Russert asked BOTH Kerry and Bush about Skull and Bones...he died 4 years following that incident. No one ever asked again in any public venue about Skull and Bones. I might also add this. When did he use the vulgarity?, and when did Kerry address the incident? Yeah, when Russert brought up the issue

  • @invincibleironman3 Excellent point! I agree that the whole thing may have been a psy-op, towards "teaching" the public that their rights are no longer what they assumed them to be, while in process of 'legalistically' whittling them down to the vanishing point. Considering the media attention, the "Today Show" appearance & the grilling there by the repugnant mass-media prostitute, Matt Lauer, It could easily have been so set-up with only a few people aware of the program...

  • @tazedbrotwo ..Known scholars such as Stanford's Anthony Sutton addressed Skull and Bones and Bohemian Grove, and the propensity of secrecy, power and clandestine policy initiatives that ultimately channel chosen leaders into the corridors of power. And Skull and Bones was founded by Russell Trust Association 1833, and it was once known as the Brotherhood of Death. The origins; the purposes of drug smuggling. Many from Yale go into the CIA..think the CIA was involved in drug smuggling?

  • yeah right!! Well hell they should have just shot the damn ugly american then right....oh wait..he has no rights huh?

  • you're an idiot. your rights have limits. you can't interupt a public function and make a scene and then think nothing will happen to you. Just like you can't have a party at yur house with people parked in the middle of the street and music blaring until 6AM on a Wednesday night! BTW, secret service only protects presidents, presidential candidates, and their families. If anything that is Kerry's personal security. Moron.

  • Fuck you kid!! You have rights against bullshit like that...since when is your voice a thing that gets you tased?? Huh fuckhead? Im sure you know so much in your ripe ol age of 23,lil bitch. The right to free speech..it was a political gathering..so he had even more free speech.look it up lil boy! Just like if im on my own property at 6 am and want to park on my lawn like a redneck or have a party till 6 am i can! Its america shithead. One thing has nothing to do with the other! Get a education!

  • Sorry, you don't have the right to make a disturbance in your neighborhood at all hours of the day and night, even if it's on your property that you are doing so.

"Your right to throw a punch ends at the tip of my nose"

-Oliver Wendell Holmes, Chief Justice SCOTUS

  • LOL never heard that quote... that is a good one.

  • That's pretty stupid. The guy did not make a disturbance. He only asked very sensitive questions. Questions he has the right to ask. Wake up, people. You are looking at what makes your country so wrong in the world of the 21st century. Evolve, please... otherwise the rest of the world will think you are the stupidest nation of them all. You don't really know what's wrong with your country!!!

  • @freechristiania

Please read the stories in the Daily Kos before passing judement on anyone, becuse the only stupid person in the room is you.

Prior to this video being shot, the guy was in a rampage over Sen Kerry wanting to wrap this up before he got to ask his question to the Senator. Several people noted this, and reported such to Daily Kos.

How foolish do you feel now?

  • @freechristiania

According to eyewitness and police reports, the widely circulated video of the confrontation captured on Meyer's camera was not the first interaction between police and Meyer at the event that day.

  • @freechristiania (contd) According to reports, Meyer was in line for access to the microphone, when it was announced by former Ambassador Dennis Jett, a University of Florida political science instructor and the forum's moderator,[7] that one more question would be taken from the microphone on the right as seen from the stage. Meyer then grabbed the second microphone, on the left, which had been shut off, and loudly demanded he be allowed to ask a question.

  • no people think we are the stupidest(?) nation because of these kind of stupid arguements about conspiracy theories about our government

your side is not credible at all and hell look at the video description "secrect service (S.S. lol)" not only does the "lol" removes every ounce of respect that anybody besides internet addicts and 13 year olds he cant even spell "secret service" right

  • wow watch to much ron paul?

  • secret service doesn't order him to stop it is the police and the guy was disrupting the speech they had every right he resisted arrest.
