It's astonishing how really great shows like this, Star Trek and other '60s shows didn't last more than a few years. Maybe that's one reason they were so good...any of us here can name a dozen shows that started off good but like a decade later really sucked.

I just finished watching the whole two seasons on DVD, it was fab, and as you say they are easy to store.

If it was VHS it would probably take up a few shelves.

i love that show, and i'm really happy that is on dvd finally. i collect alot of older sci-fi shows, and dvd is perfect for making them easy to store.

I am watching out over here for it come out on R2, I dont think it will be very long before it comes out.

I Cant remember the guy's name who made this soundtrax, but it is a fantastic remix of the original theme - he did a brilliant job I thought.

Yeah, I would like to see the series again, I am waiting to see if they bring it out on DVD.

I hope so, I think it's out in the USA but not in the UK.

@Lorc1313 The entire series is on DVD here, in the U.S. In total, 43 episodes were produced for ABC... 17 in the first season and 26 in the second! I have the complete series of this classic in my library!
