On the one hand we read in books like "Destiny of Souls" that we reincarnate on earth many times in order to achieve soul growth [this from people hypnotically regressed to life between lives] and on the other hand we have spirit guides like Silver Birch who teach that no one reincarnates, at least not in the way it's commonly believed. I'm not really sure what to make of it all personally although I am a firm believer in life after death.

I think that's why many of them have trouble either in understanding the concept, because it is at odds with the teaching that after death you are rewarded by a permanent afterlife in heaven, or embarrassment because they can't disregard the facts and therefore try ways to make them fit.

The question which must be answered is whether the blood sacrifice can be substituted for working out karma. Christianity was sold by a combination of terror (we will burn you alive unless you profess to believe what we dictate) and the appeal of having a 3rd party forgive my sins against others - they have no say in it. Can anyone answer my question please! It's about soul mates and emotion when you first meet someone. Does this also apply to seeing someone on tv or on the computer? Probably not but I feel a strong emotion of Jealousy towards someone I never even met. The more I see this person in videos the more jealous I get. I ask other people what they think of this person and they don't think this person is very great or anything. It just seems to be me!
