They just have the rights to own a factory and then sit on the chair and watch the workers to work without doing anything other than easy paperwork. Of course the will be hierachy, like secretaries et.c., but they will also be "recallable" which means every single moment, if they don't support the common good of the working class, they will be demoted or lose their job or even sent to the forced labour camps. Last time I checked, Germany manufactured BMW's, Mercedes, the U.S. has plenty of corporations and innovation to keep us.
