The actual performance itself WAS live. For the final product (DVD), the real thing was overdubbed with the CD version. Celine is damn good when she lips, which explains why her lips are off in the beginning. Because the actual performance was live. Also, once the song starts...no audience noise at all. Aditionally, there was a live orchestra....MHWGO sounds ALOT different with this....this song wouldn't sound anything like the studio due to their being an orchestra instead of the typical band.

@xXCelineDionXx I don't think it was, when Celine mimes, she jaw wabbles which instantly tells her fan's that she's miming, as she doesn't do that when she actually sings live. No matter how big the note is. If you're a devoted fan, you can always tell when she's miming.

Yes, she was indeed lip-syncing and I think that's the reason why they decided not to include this performance on the ''regular version'' of World Children's Day DVD.

At least she's very emotional and passionate during this performance. :)

Someone said they thought it was originally live but Sony chose to overdub it with this. It would explain why her lips were moving to the wrong words through a good portion of it.

It would make sense...everything else was live. And the fact that this wasn't included in the main DVD for this could be a result of the overdubbing.
